Friendly staff. Big, comfy bed. Pillows could be slightly bigger (just little squares). Very clean, except for a hair on a towel and a pretty noticeable cobweb above the bed. Breakfast was alright, nothing special. There’s waffles though!

The staffing was great. Friendly and helpful. The pictures advertised are definitely not what should be expected. Stayed in a suite with queens (more like full size, which I get that some hotels utilize smaller queens for space). Chairs around kitchenette were awful, torn, kind of sketchy. Room was clean and decent to sleep in. They just need to take care of or replace furniture.

The check in was really easy and convenient. The lady at the front desk was very nice and tried to keep our two rooms together as best as she could understanding were a larger family. We appreciated the effort.

I appreciate the staff keeping this place nice and very well kept. I would stay again, and I am beyond picky. They were cleaner than 5 star places. It was right off the highway convenient and secure. Check in and out a breeze.

Room was nice and clean although the water pressure was almost non existent. Also, the TV had limited reception which was very annoying - it would fade in and out. The breakfast was a bust since there was no food left, although the staff had plenty of time to stand around and talk while people waited on the food to be replenished.

Toilet wouldn't flush completely from the first time I used it. They must have been having problems as there was a plunger by the toilet. I tried using it to no avail. Also, no kleenex in bathroom.

Stayed there 3 nights for Christmas. Very quiet. Only thing I saw was the paint in the bathroom had some spots that needed touched up. Bed was a little hard for my taste but slept well.

I neglected to insist a handicap room verification when I reserved rooms. The staff person was able to accommodate us at our check in. The shower in that room was easy to operate and figure out.

Staff is rude! Bathroom floor was dirty, light was out & had bugs. Also had holes in the walls. Also had horribly loud children put in the adjoining room ( in an almost completely empty hotel)! Horrible service and was denied a refund from the hotel! Beware don’t stay at this dump!!!!!

Very average. Needs a LOT of updating. Carpet in room was old and stained. Matrass may have been one of the worst I have slept on. Said it was a King but didn't look like it. AND it was worn (both sides slopped) and there was a ridge in middle. Would have asked for a new room but it was too late and I was too tired by the time I got to bed.
