We are currently replacing these locks with newer RFID locks for guest safety. We want to apologize for the staff not being more accommodating to your situation and not providing more help. We want to apologize for the keycard reader machine not working. We are currently working to replace all the locks with newer RFID locks for guest safety. We want to apologize for your room not having operating coffee equipment. We will make sure that any defective equipment in any room will be replaced with newer working ones. Regarding breakfast area coffee equipment, we have ordered a part but due to global shortages lot of parts are back ordered and we aren't able to get them on time. Thank you,
