We apologize that this happened as it was a situation out of our control BUT it is up and running now with a new motor.

We have been contacting guests if we have their correct information. Due to the way your reservation was made we did not have your information on file, so we do apologize. The elevator has been down only a month due to the motor being burnt up due to a power transformer being destroyed. We have to let the professionals do their job to get the elevator up and running. We greatly appreciate your comments and hope to see you again soon.

We have not had a hot tub for years. This amenity has been gone for years. The 50 authorization fee is just in case you charge anything to your room.
