Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry we fell short of our expected standards.The delay in having your room ready at 3pm was due to several late check outs and a shortage of Housekeeping staff. The Water issue was caused by a construction company fracturing the mains water pipe outside the property.

Unfortunately the reservation was never submitted into our system. It had not been cancelled as our system would show that. As we were sold out, I was trying to resolve the issue by calling other hotels to find a room for the guests. I had to call from the office as one gentleman was being extremly loud in the lobby. I did manage to find an alterantive accomodation for the guests but when I came back into the lobby the guests had left.
