We stayed here for one night and were very pleased. Very friendly staff, clean comfortable, easy access and the breakfast spread was fantastic!! Fresh cut strawberries and raspberries along with other fruit and yogurt bar snd waffles, eggs, bacon …. Best breakfast buffet ever!!A

Checked in. They didn’t have a suite with double room so gave me room for same price with one room. Went and said I was not paying same price and within five minutes now have two bedroom suite that I was supposed to have to begin with. Seems fishy to me.

Bait and switch
Room type that was booked, paid for and confirmed with property 24hrs prior to stay was not fulfilled by property. No consulation or partial refund given. Only "thats all we have"

Great hotel!
My daughter had a little Birthday Party at the hotel. The pool was nice and clean, as well as the area around the pool. We had a 2 bed-one bedroom suite. The kitchen was the perfect size, the bedroom was amazing for the girls, and the living room area was great for me. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the kitchen was clean. My daughter plays in competitive sports and occasionally we travel. This is probably one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in. The guys at the front desk were very nice. I would stay there again!

The bed is very firm and uncomfortable but our overall room was satisfactory. The breakfast was very nice, lots of selections and very clean. Staff was pleasant and inviting. Would stay again. Hopefully the get new mattresses in the future 😊

Front desk All-stars!
The front desk staff was a pleasure ro work with as we checked in, and my partner wanted to confirm his room type request for the upcoming weekend. They were unable to find the reservation originally, but came to the room as soon as they found the answer.

AC in rooms was very touchy with separate controls for living and bedrooms (analog), hallways were not conditioned so that created another heat source making it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature . For hotel age it was in excellent condition.

Our hotel room was 80 degrees. The excellent staff members got us a new room. It was a pain with several young kids and lots of stuff, tired, cranky.

Beds are uncomfortable, pillows are flat. Called earlier in the morning about early check in, they said it will be ready at 3pm. Arrived at 330pm and room wasnt available, I also requested a king bed suite and received a queen size. Wasnt able to move rooms. Overall experience wasnt the greatest. Overly priced compared to others around the area.

This was an older property and it showed. The rooms were very small, and our room door was difficult to close. Also, the walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbour coughing all night. The area is industrial and there are not a lot of choices to eat. Nothing the staff did was wrong they were lovely. But this property needs some major upgrades. I would not stay again.

No blankets or pillow for the pull out couch. The door to room stuck. You had to really pull to get it open. No ice machine thankful for the kitchen letting us get some from them.

Would have been fine, but…
Ants. There were lots of ants in the bathroom. They got into some of our toiletries. Uggh! Hotel location was in fairly quiet area. Several restaurant choices nearby. Comfortable room. Fine place to stay if no ants sharing your room.

Staff was nice but the property is in need of serious maintenance. It is very cold and the bathroom is almost comparable to the Bates motel. Very scary

Okay but not great
Front desk staff was great. Room nice- but very crowded getting past bed to bathroom. Had DVD player but no ability to use streaming services. Housekeeping brought fresh towels- but didn’t refill body wash. Pool was nice. Breakfast was unpredictable and not vegan friendly at all. Not a single dairy free item- creamer etc offered. Some food like eggs and hash browns cold. We stayed 3 nights.
