Na wyposazeniu pokoju jest duze i wygodne lozko, lodowka, umeblowany taras. Woda pitna uzupelniana jest codziennie. Jedzenie pyszne i urozmaicone, kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. While the food was quite good, the hotel itself is old and tired and most of the service staff do not know what service is...the pool bar has 1 menu card so you have to wait till the next table chooses their food..1 steward for the entire pool bar as well..great facilities for water sports in the pool..a mini BB court..mini golf, futsal etc..all that is good but with large crowds like on that holiday weekend the pool gets pretty full and also pretty dirty...

Very Outdated and Below-Par Service
It's a very old resort and the facilities have not been updated in ages. Most of the food at the buffet is horrible, food you order via room service is horrible and takes more than an hour to arrive, and most of the staff cannot speak in English. The WiFi has a reasonable speed (around 8 Mb/s download), however is shared between 3 rooms at a time so if anyone else is on the network you are screwed.

Friendly staff, amazing pool, little to do locally
Spacious clean rooms, enormous pool. Brilliant for kids with a shallow section all the way around the edge. Only downside to the pool is that there was very little shade in the water (plenty of shade on the side if you wanted it). Staff all super friendly and helpful with our two kids (ages 2.5yrs and 7 months). Very little to do in the vicinity (a couple of restaurants nearby - we rated Tao - a 5 min walk south), but a couple of enterprising tuktuk drivers outside the gate will take you on local tours for a small fee. or local tour guides can take you on 2-3 day tours (a/c minibus) further afield to some of the more popular sights. Buffet extensive with a good variety of food.

Nice hotel. We got a very reasonable price for our booking. Rooms are very good and spacious. Food is nice too. Well maintained garden and over sized swimming pool are iconic. Nice stay, but late checkout was not possible, although the booking is included a free 2 hour late checkout.

素敵な滞在
到着が夜中でしたので、かなり遅いチェックインだったのですが、レセプションの係りの方はとても親切でした。 館内はとても開放感があり、部屋もコテージ風で、いかにもリゾートに来たな～という感じがしました。 翌日、朝食もおいしくいただきました。そのあと館内を散歩しましたが、とても広々としていて、プールやグラウンドなどもありました。 ホテルのスタッフは皆さん感じがよくて、滞在中は本当にお世話になりました。 ただ、町の中心からかなり遠いのと、部屋でWi-Fiが使えないのが難点でした。 今回はほかに用事があっての滞在でしたが、次回はホテル目的で宿泊したいと思います。

Good but not great
Enjoyed a 2 night stay at this hotel and was given a lovely big room with comfortable furniture although the bathroom could have been better. The range of sports facilities on offer was impressive and the swimming pool was much larger than average. However, the hotel is situated under the flight path of aircraft approaching the nearby international airport and there is occasional noise day and night from the low flying planes. WiFi in the lobby and restaurant area is good but the signal does not extend to the room. Young pool attendants looked thoroughly bored with life at the pool side which did not look good. But worst of all.... you can`t get a filter coffee at the breakfast buffet......only instant coffee from small sachets. That is disgraceful. Yes there are lots of things to enjoy at this hotel but with better trained staff and stronger management this could be a GREAT hotel.

Peaceful hideaway
This is a lovely resort, quiet, relaxed atmosphere, lovely gardens and walks around the lagoon which the resort backs on to. The grounds are well cared for and full of local birds, mammals and reptiles. There was plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant although a lot of the dishes were very spicy and the bar prices were very reasonable. We stayed here 12 years ago and by a strange fluke we were allocated the same room. overlooking the lagoon. It was very comfortable, spacious and spotless. The staff were, without exception, polite and attentive, helpful and very friendly. Any minor problems were dealt with immediately. Our room had been freshly painted and the bathrooms were new but some of the fabric of the resort did need attention, particularly around the pool and it is worth noting that the causeway connecting to the hotel from the south has been washed away, meaning a longer journey north and then returning south along a narrow lane following the coast. The resort is therefore quite isolated with one restaurant and a couple of gift shops adjacent.There is no longer a beach to speak of as a sea wall has been constructed. The hotel is providing a rowboat ferry across the mouth of the lagoon where the road was and tuktuks can be hired to get into town! We are told that the road will be rebuilt but that could take years!

Not happy
My client stayed for 5 nights and I fully paid before he arrives. Unfortunately he had to leave one day earlier and there were some extra expenses. I requested from the management that I will pay extra expenses in and hour after my client departs the hotel as he was running out of time to catch his flight. I live in just 15 mins away from hotel. The management didn’t allowe my client to leave until I pay whole extra amount even though I explain the situation. I think this is just rude and not flexible to the visitors.

Everything was so good except checking out. I wanted to do my all the payments by card but the front office team mentioned I need to wait till cashier come because he is having lunch otherwise I need to do my payments by cash. I was so rush to leave and this made me so mad. It was very terrible experience and last l settled my bill with cash.

الاقامة فيه لان طيارتنا متأخرة موقع الفندق بعيد وصعب الوصول اليه ومنعزل بالمقابل كانت هناك مناضر جميله بالفندق الفطار جيد جدا الوحدات لا يوجد بها ارسال لأنها عبارة عن وحدات سكنية متفرقة الوحدات ذات الدور الواحد افضل من الوحدات ذات الدورين

Très bon pour le Sri Lanka
Nous sommes restés dans cet hôtel pendant 4 jours, pour terminer des vacances dans ce beau pays. L'hôtel ce classe un cran au dessus du niveau Sri Lankais: les chambres sont grandes, propres, confortables; la piscine de l'hôtels est très agréable et le personnel généralement très disponible. et souriant. Quelques petits bémols sont cependant à prendre en compte: un acharnement constant du personnel pour vous vendre toujours plus de produits, des équipements qui méritent un renouveau (les matelas des chaises longues sont très sales, la télé dans la chambres n'a qu'une chaine, et qui marche mal, etc). Nous y avons tous de même passé un très bon séjour mais qui c'est fini sur une note négative: ma compagne à oublié ses lunettes au bar de la piscine, dans lequel nous étions seuls. Nous y sommes retourné quelques minutes plus tard, et personne n'avait vu les lunettes. Nous demandons à plusieurs employés, aux managers, et rien. Bizarrement, la même soirée, pendant le repas, on vient nous chercher au restaurant car le coffre fort de notre chambre est ouvert… Il n'y manquait rien, mais nous sommes sur de l'avoir fermé avant de partir. Nous avons juste trouvé cette coïncidence l'ombre noire de notre séjour.

We had a late arrival, which we noted on reservation, yet we had to find someone to check us in. Left to find room by ourselves in the dark with winding paths and flight of stairs towing luggage. Bed was comfy. Ants in bathroom. Other service staff very friendly. Beach area clean but very small, waves are strong and is next to local fish market sale. Beach outside of fenced resort area.

A little caution - but lots of contented guests
This hotel is very well loved by many people who come here annually. The price is right, the food is reasonably good, there are lots of staff members, it is warm, the pool is lovely to sit by or swim in. The swimming pool and grounds are nice. My own experience was fairly bad though. The first night they put me in a room that was in terrible condition and even getting back and forth to ask for things like a working air conditioner controller and a telephone late at night was difficult because there was no lighting and the paths were hard to discern. They subsequently volunteered to put me in a renovated room, which was fine. I was on a business trip and needed to be able to plug a computer in and use WIFI which was not an easy aspect at this particular location. I also found the limited hours for meals somewhat annoying and the quality of the wine that could be purchased by the glass, can only be described as foul. All in all - at best a 3, from my perspective but others find it much to their liking and if I was on vacation, I might too.
