La prenotazione era per una coppia. Tuttavia abbiamo accolto un gentiluomo, due signore e un autista guida. Sembravano esserci grandi argomenti con le braccia che ondeggiavano nell'aria. Non abbiamo capito cosa stava succedendo. Abbiamo offerto drink di benvenuto e asciugamani freddi che alcuni hanno usato. La guida ci ha informato che la persona che ha effettuato la prenotazione ha commesso un errore. Questo non ha nulla a che fare con noi. Abbiamo avuto non meno di otto altri stimati ospiti e non chiediamo ai nostri ospiti di sfilare per vedere gli altri ospiti. Erano nella loro suite o fuori facendo quello che volevano fare. Il gentiluomo ha fatto una revisione in tempo reale usando parole inaccettabili che poi ha ritrattato. Non solo si è goduto il suo soggiorno per tre notti, ma ha anche ringraziato lo staff a modo suo. Non è vero che la signora sarebbe stata da sola. Abbiamo molte signore che vengono e rimangono da sole durante le ore di punta e godono molto della loro esperienza. Si prega di non incolpare noi per ciò che ha fatto l'agente di prenotazione.

Certain facilities do need attention from time to time. Nothing lasts forever. We informed all our valued guests that our pool had to be attended to. We made alternative arrangements for our valued guests. No one did want to use the facilities. We also offered extras to compensate to anyone who felt the pool was missed. None of the guests wanted to use the pool, no one asked for pool towels, no one asked for any information. It is not right to down score following VIP treatment you had. You should have the common courtesy to say who you are. You could be anyone from one of our competitors.
