日本の方へ。 ここの宿は、虫が発生してることを生き物との共存と言い訳しています。 また、周りも暗く野良犬だらけ。キャンディの観光には向かない立地です。 予算が許すのであれば、キャンディレイクに近いエリアだと楽しいひと時になると思います。

Værelset var ‘stort’ og udemærket, dog meget lyt ud til gangen! Rummet var lækkert ift prisen. Til morgenmad kunne man både få srilankansk- og engelsk morgenmad - rart med lidt afveksling. Flot udsigt ved terrassen hvor man spiser mad. Hoteller ligger dejligt centralt både til stationen og byen. Man kunne gå direkte til begge ting! En anbefaling hvis man ønsker at bo midt i byen til få penge.

Nice Stay
Superbly located with beautiful views of Kandy City. The breakfast was tasty and provided a nice touch. Staff were hospitable and accommodating generally. Room was mountain view and was spacious. However, there were some mild stains on the sheet. Overall though, it was a nice stay.

Nous avons passés une seule nuit a Kandy afin de prendre le train vers Ella. La chambre était très propre et la vie était très belle vers la ville avec les montagnes. Tout était propre dans notre chambre par contre sa sentait fort la boule a mite. Mes vêtements le lendemain sentait haha. Sinon la gare de train est à 10 minutes de marche a peine. Utile si on veut prendre le train tôt sans utiliser de transport

The staff were so helpful. I had booked a room that was tooo big and too many beds for just one person (solo traveler) and instead they helped find me a room with a better view and more accustomed to my needs. Also having a restaurant with fantastic food on the roof is so convenient if you are tired and don’t want to meander into the city center. Great stay!

This hotel is currently under construction so there was some noise around and the internet only worked in the morning until 8am in the morning otherwise did not work the rest of the day

Awesome stay at Kandy's !!
It was pleasant stay. The hotel and staff were very nice. The view from the terrace restaurant was awesome overlooking the Kandy City.

Hotel mit zentraler Lage
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Kandy ok. gerade am Tag sehr laut, da direkt am Busbahnhof gelegen. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuss erreichbar.

シャワー 夜7時過ぎから朝9時過ぎまでお湯が出ない。風邪ひいた。 部屋が一見綺麗に見えるが触ってみると埃まみれ タオル ワキガの匂い 出発日の朝 レセプションに誰も居なくて入口も鍵が掛かってて列車に乗り遅れそうになった。

Please refund! Paid but no room.
We paid for the room using hotels.com and were told no room available when we arrived at the hotel. Please refund!

dr sir, you came to our hotel around 10 am in the morning. but our check in time is 2 pm ,rooms were not ready also.We mentioned you that it would take 2 hours to prepare the room. So you left our property and didn't come back. Our room remained empty for three days as it was a three day booking. According to the Expedia cancellation policy they are not liable to pay you back.

This is a fairly good hotel near to Kandy city. It costs an affordable amount. This is suitable to stay for a short duration. Hotel staff is also nice. Although there were some lacking parts in room facilities, this small hotel is not bad for a short stay.

one of the best hotels we stayed in sri lanka. Rooms are superb clean and big , friendly staff, 360 degree rooftop restaurant .Though this property is situated inside the hotel the rooms are quiet .what else do you need from a hotel.

not what we booked
very disappointed, at least we got our money back! we had to look for something else. it was clearly written on the confirmation, that we booked a doubleroom with private bathroom. What we really got was a „tube“ in a shared room with 25 people.

Very convenient location
Really big and comfortable room. Nice furnishings. Great shower. Easy walk downhill to bus station and train station. easy with backpacks, maybe not roller luggage. Very friendly staff. Quick laundry service as well fora fair price. Convenient place to stay for a night if you're just passing through Kandy.

レセプションの人の感じがよい。Wi-Fiもサクサクでホットシャワーもでる。清潔。マイナスポイントはトイレが極端に狭い。

Hotel difficile à trouver! L ensemble des parties communes n est pas terminé et est sale! Difficile de circuler dans le couloir pour accéder à la chambre....car matériaux stockés...super avec les valises!!! En ce qui concerne la chambre, on avait pris une deluxe avec vu montagne: globalement acceptable Car grande et plutôt jolie....mais il ne faut pas regarder les finitions!!!!! Chambre bruyante.....et la vue sur la montagne possible que depuis la douche! Sinon c est vue sur un chantier avec une vitre pleine de ciment!!! Si vous pouvez encore annuler....faites le!! PS: il y a aussi un dortoir....avec caméra visible à l accueil....vu une femme en string!! Cool pour elle

Adequate, just what we needed.
Beds are comfortable and clean but atmosphere is very bleak with no vibe. Had a snorning man which kept us awake.

“It is very unfortunate that you were disappointed by the snoring man .dorm is a place where people can share some of the facilities and sleep for a cheaper price. we do everything to maintain the independence between each guest.We sincerely hope that you found accommodation to your liking during the remainder of your travels.”

Comfortable, but extremely loud
The place is really good, comfortable, and clean. The only downside is that it's super difficult to sleep... Trains go past all through the night and a super loud. If I'm honest, the only reason I stayed forbthe duration was because it was prepaid.

thank you for giving us hospitality
Luxury room, great facilities, excellent breakfast(i couldn't imagine how do they give all these facilities in the room). But especially: the staff was extremely welcoming and generous. their driver took us places and we hanged out with them on the top balcony with amazing view. We would definitely recommend this place if you look for something in Kandy. Thanks a lot!

Exceptional
it has been newly renovated to accommodate to travellers extremely well with wifi in every room, air conditioning (which was a must for me as I am not used to hot weather conditions since living ), new furniture and an extremely neat and crisp clean environment. The place was exceptionally well kept by the staff .The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful to me, especially since I had a lot of questions with regards to travelling around Kandy and even to other cities in Sri Lanka. The location in Kandy was also situated in an optimal point being in a safe location away from the main city. However it was also a very close distance to the urban city if I wanted to go shopping and site seeing. I definitely recommended kandy city stay to any tourists passing by Kandy! Hoping to stay here again for my next visit!

詳細不明でした
当日予約して現地に到着し、スリーウィーラー運転手経由で電話をすると意味不明。。。 運転手はほかの（市街地から遠い）宿に連れていく始末。 結局、電気系統の不具合とかで泊まれないとかで、ほかに代替ということだったらしいのですが、だったらメール等で予約確定者全員に知らせるのが当然ではないかと。 まぁ、こちらもチェックイン開始と同時に入ろうとしてましたが。
