I recommend this hotel. The guy at reception was attentive of my needs and sorted anything i asked. I didnt like negombo but if you need to be in the area this place is good

A great place to stay in Negombo. Good value for money and staff were super welcoming and helpful. They try to ensure guests are as comfortable as possible. Location was very convenient with just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here several times now and it never disappoints me. I always arrive in the middle of the night yet someone is always there to meet us and get us settled in. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fresh and good. The pool is clean and well maintained. The location is out of the busy town which is what I like, but still within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Getting a tuk tuk into town and to the sights is easy and cheap.

We stayed with this family for the 6th time in three years and we were treated very good by Rowan and his wonderful wife and three lovely sons. The woman and boys who serve food and clean the place are very good to us as well.👍👍👍.

Perfect place to begin or end your Sri Lanka trip.
Really lovely rooms, a nice pool area. The people who run it are really friendly and go above and beyond to make the stay an enjoyable one. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaraunt area.

Nice hotel about 10 mins walk from shops & restaurants in Negombo. Pool area and garden is much smaller than they look in the photo. It’s a family home as well as hotel.

Summer Side ligger på gångavstånd till stranden, har renliga rum och en mysig pool. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsam och är familjedrivet. Frukosten är en basic frukost bestående av frukt, toast, ägg och te/kaffe. Jag besöker gärna detta hotell igen, det ger verkligen valuta för pengarna.

Nous avions une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple pour notre fille. Rien à dire.propre, grand et personnel gentil.nous n'avons pas tester la piscine par contre.

Excellent home-stay style accomodation. Rooms were very new with private balconies. Nice, quiet location, still within easy walking distance to the beach and main shopping / restaurant strip. Good breakfast and great overall value.

This was a perfect stopover after arriving at the airport late in the evening. It is a twenty minute drive from the airport. The beds were comfortable. The rooms clean and the breakfast excellent. Good value

Good overnight stop
We used this hotel as an overnight stop before our flight home. It is close to the airport and therefore very convenient. The hotel looks like it has been recently renovated but there are a few bits that still need finishing. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is only a few minutes walk from the main coast road where there are several restaurants to choose from. Breakfast is good fruit, yoghurt, toast and eggs of our choice. We needed to leave early and they had no problems with serving us at 6:30am. The hotel is very good value for money. It also has a very nice swimming pool, although we did not have the opportunity to use it.

Amazing hospitality! The staff/ family that had the place were so lovely and kind. The hotel was great and the pool was just what we needed in the heat. Worth every penny! Had the best stay in Sri Lanka

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Schwächen
Eigentlich schönes Haus, designtechnisch top, nur etwas abgenutzt und teilweise ungepflegt. Aber unter Berücksichtigung des Preises akzeptabel. Empfang der Hausdame ausgesprochen kühl und im Gegensatz zu den sonst recht freundlichen Sri Lankians, wenig zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Fußweg zum Meer ist ca. 10 Minuten, dort einige Restaurants.

Great little hotel away from the hustle of town
The summer side residence was really nice after a long flight, just 25 mins from the airport,the breakfast of fresh orange juice, yogurt,tea coffee toast marmalade and eggs anyway you wanted them cooked was no problem at all for the lady who worked there,,the owner was a lovely guy as we're the rest of the staff and nothing was too much trouble for them, i would definitely stay there again! !

Great place for stopover on arrival to SL
Hotel is about 20 minutes drive from Negombo (airport) on the north side. We paid 1400SLR for a taxi from the airport. Taxi found it hard to locate the hotel so it took us longer to arrive but it was all Ok. We checked in at 3am and had no problems. Apparently our room had been overbooked but we were given a perfectly acceptable alternative in the property opposite. It's a basic hotel, as you'd expect by the price so no tea/coffee facilities in the room and only a bar of soap in the bathroom etc but it we clean and comfortable enough for the few hours we were there. Breakfast of the standard fruit, toast and omelette was lovely and filling. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is lovely - not that we saw anything of the local area other than driving through when we left at 11am the next morning. For the price I'd recommend this hotel. There were other European travellers staying there too

Väldigt billigt hotell och med tanke på priset var det över förväntan. Wi-fi fanns men funkade inte så bra. Rent rum, stor dusch, bra säng. Balkong. Frukosten bra, fick omelett, färska frukter, rostat bröd och marmelad.

Gran casa residencial regentada por una familia y algunos trabajadores. Las condiciones del alojamiento son inmejorables, muy nuevo. Habitación amplia, limpia, cama extra grande muy confortable, con balcón y vistas, televisión grande. Baño con cristalera a la habitación. Personal muy atento. Desayuno correcto y abundante. Piscina agradable. Encontré a faltar una mampara en la ducha y algún accesorio de baño mas como jabón, cepillo de dientes y demás. El wifi en las habitaciones no funcionaba, algo imprescindible hoy en día. Gran alojamiento a un precio mas que razonable.

Veldig greit hotel ca 8 min fra stranden.
Veldig greit hotel ca 8 min spasertur til stranden. Plasseringen var meget god dvs langs kanalen. Selve bykjernen/barer/restauranter osv var ca 5 min å spasere til...slik at beliggenheten var veldig bra. Det er bedre å bo her enn Colombo (der er stress/fourensning/støy)...besøk heller Colombo ikke bo der. Service på hotellet var veldig bra...og frokost som var inkludert var bra og akkurat passe.

Très bien
Très bel hôtel. Propre, belle décoration, belle piscine, personnel courtois. Deux bémols: la lenteur du wifi et nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude pour la douche (elle était tiède). Nous avons avisé la réception mais rien n'a changé par la suite. Veuillez noter que l'hôtel est assez loin du centre de la ville de Negombo.

Stayed for 2 nights. Big clean room with king size bed and also set up a comfy extra rollaway bed for my friend.Air conditioning worked well, bathroom clean and shower worked. Family who own the hotel are very friendly and got up at 5am for check in as we arrived at the airport at 3:30am. Family also arranged transport for us to get to colombo at 5:30 the next morning. Breakfast was good fruit, tea, toast and eggs. Felt safe, 5-10 min walk to the beach.

Exceptional Value
Very good value guest house in Kochinkadee area of Negombo. Negombo is a beach resort very close to Colombo International Airport. This guesthouse is difficult to find on a small road about 5-10 minutes from the beach. We have stayed there before and has good facilities - a small pool, free wifi in reception areas, ensuite rooms have cable TV with some English channels, air conditioning and included breakfast.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel, das von einer sehr netten, hilfsbereiten Familie geführt wird. Vom Flughafen Colombo 12km entfernt, in die Innenstadt von Negombo gelangt man mit einem TukTuk innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Super Service, toller Ausgangspunkt für eine Sri Lanka Rundreise, insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!
