It turned out we got a single room even though we booked double room. The hotel informed us but would not give any refound. We liked the breakfirst. Staff was otherwise very kind and helpfull

Po przyjeździe okazało się, że pokój który otrzymaliśmy ma około 20m zamiast 51 jak na rezerwacji. Obsługa stwierdziła, że to nie jest ich wina ani problem tylko Hotels.com który wprowadza w błąd swoich klientów.

Gut geeignet für zwei drei Tage nach der Ankunft
Wenn man die großen Hotels nicht mag bzw für die Hälfte des Preises eine ruhige und saubere Unterkunft im Zentrum von Colombo sucht ist man hier richtig. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind vielleicht nicht wie zuhause aber damit sollte man bei einem Preis von ca 50,-€ pro Nacht für zwei mit Frühstück klar kommen. Die Betreiber des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit?

Lovely quiet place
The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The place is a bit off-site, but the price/value is very good and with a TukTuk you can get everywhere quickly for 150-300 rupees (1-2$).

タウンセンターに程近い便利なホテル
宿泊直前にネガティブなコメントを目にし、正直心配を抱いた中での宿泊となりましたが、全～～～く無用！！でした。入国審査、両替、現地SIM購入で思いの外時間を要し、予定したチェックイン時間をかなりオーバーしてしまいましたが、日本のプロレス大ファンのスタッフが笑顔で出迎えてくれました。他のスタッフも総じて皆フレンドリーでした。 空港からのアクセスに関しては、迎えのドライバーさんがスマホを使っていなかったため多少苦労してたり（一角に似た名前の路地がある）、ウーバーのドライバーも道を間違えたりしましたが、決して、それほど入組んだ場所ではありません。日中に周辺を簡単に散策すれば目印は沢山あります。 通された部屋（１０２）は必要十分な広さ。建物の古さから、ドアの建付けは正直よくありません。鍵の施錠も多少最初は慣れが必要でした。 バスルームはシャワーと便器、洗面台。シャワーの勢いとトイレの流れを気にしてしまうのは日本人ゆえか。改善されたら嬉しいですねー。 食事は朝食（アメリカンブレックファースト）しか摂りませんでした。味と量は可も無く不可もなくでしたが、ランチにディナーにスリランカをエンジョイする方には必要十分かと。 喫煙者の方は中庭にて可能です。 USBでの充電が可能な機器であれば、テレビに接続されたチューナーからチャージできました。後々に他のホテルで実感しましたが、これの存在はとても大きかった！！ 旅行ガイドに掲載されているような著名な買い物スポットまでは、ウーバーでもスリーホイーラーでも２００ルピー前後で行けました。

Near Majestic City
The hotel is a little out of the way but easily accessible by TukTuks. There is a nice Shopping nearby, Majestic City. Very good price-performance. The rooms are big and nice but it would seem to lack a bit of care. Good beds but no chairs. The staff at the front desk very efficient and helpful, did their best to make us feel at home (as Arud used to say). It should sell drinks and snacks as there is nothing nearby where you can buy. I would return.

勝手にキャンセルされたホテル
何ヶ月も前に予約し支払いまでしていたのにキャンセルされていた。キャンセルの理由をホテルの希望している値段より安くエクスペディアが設定したからと説明され、先週キャンセルしたと言われた。エクスペディアからも聞いていないし、何ヶ月も前の予約を宿泊日から数えて先週キャンセルってありえない。ホテルに着いてからキャンセルを知らされ、結局wifiを借りその場で他のホテルを探す羽目になった。冷たいタオルやジュースを出してくれたが、そんなものではホテルにもエクスペディアにも怒りは収まらない。トラブルは回避すべき。 ホテルの設備や快適度は泊まっていないのでわからない。

Eine große Enttäuschung: nie mehr wieder
Gehört zu den TOP5 der schlechtesten Erfahrungen, die ich auf meinen zahlreichen Reisen gemacht habe. Eine der zwei Zimmerbuchungen wurde bei der Anreise nicht akzeptiert und Expedia musste eine Alternative finden, falsche Zimmerkategorie bekommen (schlechter, aber zum gebuchten Preis), verstopfte und daher unbrauchbare Toilette über den ganzen Aufenthalt, keine Zimmerreinigung, jeden Tag Kakerlaken im Zimmer, freundliches aber unfähiges Personal.

Very Disappointing stay and experience.
Very disappointed. We booked and paid for a deluxe room with breakfast 6 weeks in advance of our stay. I even booked and paid for an additional night before our arrival so we could have early check in at 7am as they told us we could not get early check in. I paid fir a delux room with breakfast for two nights with a roll away bed facility. Our first night we were put into a VERY small standard room and the roll away bed was a very thin mattress on the floor right next to the bed. There wasn't even room for it in Room 3 which we were given. The manager Aron told us we were not entitled to breakfast as we hadn't paid for that. He said it was an issue with Expedia and a mistake they made in their pricing. He said he would upgrade us to the room we had actually paid for free of charge (although we had actually paid for two nights delux and got only 1 and no breakfast). Our second night we were put in a delux room. There was pneumatic drilling going on outside our room until 2.30am. We didn't have breakfast during our stay, we asked why this wasn't included as according to our booking it was and he said we hadn't paid additional on Expedia. He gave us 3 slices of plain white toast. That morning we had to go to a clinic with our son as he was sick. When we returned to collect our bags we asked to use the bathroom. We were taken to another guest room and guests had their belongings inside the room. He told us to just use their bathroom and it was fine. Very disappointing stay.

Stylish and friendly hotel, 10 min's from centre
Very stylish and friendly hotel in a very peaceful area, at the end of a small street. 2 min's walk to a larger street where tuktuk ride is easy to get. Very good breakfast, very beautiful hotel with stylish furniture and decoration. Comfortable rooms with aircondition.

I stayed there for 1 day. its just ok ok for the price. Flush was not working properly. had to flush multiple times to clean the commode.free breakfast was not a buffet one.

Empfehlenswert, vor allem für Ruhe suchende.
Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, aber mit TukTuks leicht zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Preis-leistungs verhältnis. Große Zimmer, Boutique Hotel.könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Gute Betten, aber Sessel und Sofas im gemeisamen Bereich schmutzig und abgewohnt. Service aufmerksam und bemüht, aber manchmal überfordert. Zimmerservice wird dann auch einmal vergessen.

Bon petit hôtel, un peu cache, mais comme ça pas trop bruyant. Avec un tuk-tuk, le conducteur va peut-être ne pas trouver facilement l’adresse. Un GPS aide énormément. Aussi, prenez un tuk-tuk avec taximètre qui marche. C'est beaucoup moins cher. L’hôtel est une bonne petite adresse. Sans trop d'extra - le nom "boutique" est un peu exagéré - et plus cher pour le même standard qu'ailleurs, mais je crois que c'est normal à Colombo. Notre chambre était simple mais assez propre. Le personnel était super gentil et on a eu un transfert pour l'aéroport pour LKR 2300, ce qui me semble vraiment correct.

Good price / value ratio
Very friendly staff. The hotel is walking distance from the University and a few, known drinking holes. We had a good time. If in Colombo that is a good hotel for this price range. The guests are very international (we seen French, US American, Korean, German among others).

高級住宅地にひっそりとあるホテル。ホテルスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。設備等は価格を踏まえると妥当なところです。部屋は清潔さが保たれており、懸念をしていた蚊もほとんどいませんでした。 とても満足できる滞在でした。

Very nice
Spent the final two nights of our vacation in sri lanka. Very good location. Seemed like the better area of colombo. Not in the center of evertything which i liked. Hotel staff very kind and helpful. Wifi worked well and breakfast was ok. Definitely if im gonna visit colombo again ill stay here.
