I apologize for not meeting your expectations. The door lock is an old style of using the key. It works perfectly fine. But you just have to get used to it. This motel had been doing the policy of photocopying the ID as reference for address and birthday for the longest time, I guarantee you that we kept everything with confidentiality but you have all the right to refuse if you don't want to. For the part of somebody smokes in there, We have ask the cleaner to clean again the room. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm sorry for your disappointments. The last time you stayed you were in a 2 bedroom, now you stayed in a 1 bedroom which you requested. HI Ceora, as per our Motel's website we have advertise what we can offer to guest, we do have WIFI - which you complaint that we do not have, where in fact I discussed with your husband when he checked in the office, we are drive in motel, where you specifically requested to have a room that you have an easy access. we only have rooms to rent, nothing fancy but only clean and comfortable beds and a quiet place to stay at. The room has no thermostat that can give you a reading for the temperature, but there is a working air condition. The toilet flushes property which I showed to your husband. And I apologizes to him when he asked for an ice machine because we do not have ice machine and we never mention it in our website. We comply with the electrical safety and never have we a guest complaint for such matter. And I believe you rested well or else you could not stay till 7:30 in the morning before you take off. I hope your husband have read and understood what he signed for which tells on the contract that no refund will be given once you checked in which I mentioned also when he was signing the form. And I did not say that you go to a more hospitable place. I specifically say that you can leave if you are not really comfortable but I cannot refund you the money because we reserve the room to you already. We are a small motel business and we provide simply accommodation nothing fancy but a clean and a quiet room in a very safe environment that we can guarantee 100 % to you. Have a great and safe travel.
