recently stayed here. It met all expectations. The room was very spacious, the pool was clean, the staff was very friendly. We stayed in a very spacious 2 bed 1 bath on the property and will definitely be staying again when we come back in June. Great experience!

The lady at the front desk was very nice to us and suggested we use our bikes to go the the old city to visit as we would save time instead of spending time trying to find a parking spot. Excellent recommendation she made.

I didn't like being awoken by extreme noise at 7AM...a new roof was being installed. no advance notice that this was happening, the owner claimed it was not under their control!

Overall, the property was okay. The room smelled a little musty but fortunately I brought candles with me. It was a nice size room and ultimately you get what you pay for. The best part about the place was its distance to downtown due to the traffic there it was nice to come sleep in the peaceful quiet.

Outdated
This place is just an older run down place. It was clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable and small. We got a 2 queen bed room but the beds have to be full size and not queen. My husband and I barely fit and we have a queen at home. The walls could use some painting and our bathroom vanity was peeling away from the wall. So definitely needs to be updated. Pool is small, but clean and the people at the front office were very nice though.

Very quite place at the end of San Marcos. It is safe and quite. Our room was big and had everything that we needed. Very clean room. Notice that the water from bathroom sink had a odd smell. We stayed for 3 nights a did not got any house keeping in our room..

The lady at check in was incredibly polite. The room looks nothing like the pictures online. We were extremely dissatisfied. When we got back to our room to go to sleep, there were hairs all in our beds and it was very clear the sheets hadn’t been changed. The toilet was unclean as well. At 2am we had to go get sheets from the guy up front and change our own sheets before we could sleep.

Motel was very old and dated but adequate for a one night stay. Musty Oder in room and not at all modern. However the woman at check in was very nice and social. We were the only guests that night in the place. Don’t think I’d stay there again

Great Staff, Good bang for you buck
I have nothing but nice things to say about the folks running the place. I lost my room key whilst attending a wedding during my stay. Unfortunately I had to disturb a member of the team rather late at night. He was very kind and helpful. It's a sweet little place.

Hidden Gem!
We love this place. It is our second year staying here during a visit to St. Augustine. It is like a shadow of the busy downtown tourist district with very fine restaurants, light traffic and great parking, yet not far from the historic area. The hotel is similarly quiet and not crowded. It lacks a botique style and has a lived-in feel, but is quite comfortable. We got a two bedroom suite for a very reasonable price. Management is on-site and exceptionally responsive.

St Augustine quickie
Older no frills motel. Very adequate and comfortable. Convenient for visiting major tourist attractions. Very pleasant and helpful owners.

All the hotels are almost at the same distance and the cost of this one was perfect for an express fun trip. We could walk all the way down to historic district and an Uber to go back was only $7! Clean and spacious rooms, nice personnel.

No breakfast, rooms are clean but outdated, vending machine empty. they did not took the trash in two days of our stay but we were able to take it ourselves. Staff is very friendly and nice.
