High sink but nice
The room was nice, clean. The sink they had was one that sits above the counter and made it to high to use it conveniently. But other than that it was ok.

We ended up not staying because it was so dirty. We immediately noticed that the floors had not been swept or mopped. Nothing had been wiped off. There was food and drink remnant left from the previous occupants. Top to bottom the entire room and bathroom was filthy. We were able to cancel or reservation and receive half the cost back. Dealing with the staff when we checked in, they were pleasant enough but not the most professional. I realize I didn’t pay or book at a 5 star hotel but it was not even a 1 star hotel. The pictures and description of the facility do not match what it actually is. Two thumbs down.

Great staff.
The staff we were great. We were in town for a funeral, and we had to check in at nearly 4am. We let them know in advance, and they went above and beyond to make it easy for us.

It was a bit rough. Not too clean. Blood on the sidewalk outside of my room. Yeah, probably wouldn't stay there again. The people were nice, and the price was right. So there's that.

Most Disgusting Place Ever
We showed up and noticed people sleeping in the walkways, cigarette butts everywhere, empty beer cans, and trash everywhere. We got to our rooms and it smelt like someone had just been smoking in them even though they are non-smoking rooms. This place should be shut down.

The manager was very helpful, even though we were 2 hours late for check in. 2 am we checked in & out at 6am. Rooms are nice and clean and has everything you need including working kitchen.

The room they assigned me to had literally 20 flies in it. Insects landed on me every couple of minutes and/or seconds and was is very gross and disgusting. I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk after checking out. Their response was it happens oh well. I’ve never had this experience or any other place I’ve stayed at. I would not recommend staying here again.

Great place to stay! The people and atmosphere ar!
Everything was excellent and the kitchenette is very nice with the fridge that was very surprising to have a decent fridge that is not a mini fridge like most rooms. If I can get one thing that is not the best fastest possible check in the new update computer is slow to go through everything that is needed for checking into the motel but that's about the only thing that they had a issue with.

Stay Away!
Wow! (in a bad way) It started with No towels in rooms, the flooring in the room has holes and gaps, The walls need paint, Trim around doors is not even painted. There were cigarette butts all over in the hallways (below the no smoking signs). The pool was freezing cold and not clean. I will say the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life.

Dirty and run down... never again
Bed was hard, shower had poor pressure, bed linens were stained, towels were not only stained but hard like sandpaper, lightbulbs burned out, tape wrapped around the bottom of the bathroom door-I guess to keep more of the thin laminate from falling off, after showering and walking across the bedroom floor the bottom of our feet were black from the floor not being cleaned, the lock on the outside door had been kicked in at one point it looked like and haphazardly screwed the lock back on. At check in she wanted payment, I told her I already paid, she started to argue with me then said,”oh I guess you did, this is a new computer system”. OR maybe they frequently ask for double payment hoping that people forget they paid and don’t check their credit card balances. Hmmmmm, who knows but it seemed sketchy. There aren’t many positives here, but I didn’t see any bugs and it was quite for the most part. Conveniently located right in St George. But even with the positives... I would never stay there again... way overpriced for a dirty, run down place!

Just fine- wouldn't pick to stay here again though
Overall, this met my basic expectations of what you get at a Motel 6 but didn't go above it at all. Mostly clean room, pretty friendly service, very uncomfortable mattress, pretty shoddy workmanship around the property (loose sink fixtures, etc.) The "studio" aspect was really the biggest letdown for us. We had planned to make a straightforward pasta dinner in our room but there were NO pots/pans, no cups, no mugs, no bowls... just 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons, and 2 knives. That's it! Having planned an evening around this, we were extremely disappointed. We also found that the refrigerator froze most of the food we had put in it. Other pros and cons: Pros: nice location, air conditioning worked well, plenty of parking, internet works... that's basically it Cons: lobby smelled strongly of Indian food (wife decided to wait outside while I checked in), paper thin sheets and comforter, a joke of a "studio".

Clean enough and good enough
Upon check in the place reeked of curry. Got to the room. It was ok. No updates. Clean enough at least I didn’t have to wear shoes the entire time. The shower needed to be snaked. at least it was quiet.

The hotel was dirty and many things were out of shape. The bathtub had a huge stain in it, and there were holes in the sheets. The dresser drawer was out of place, and the general atmosphere around the hotel felt very sketchy and unsafe.

Not worth even looking at
We didn't stay, it was gross smelled like cigarettes , the room had burn holes on the comforter and there were stains of coffee on the walls. Horrible experience considering we were there for 20 min and wanted a refund, but they said we stayed too long! Now we are out 197$ And didn't even stay,can't describe how upset we are

Great stay
The bed & pillows were comfortable. Room came with a big fridge, stove top & microwave. The only thing wrong was the blow dryer didn’t work. Staff was friendly.
