The elevator was down which was a little inconvenient. The toilet seat in our bathroom was broken which was very annoying. The breakfast was great and the pool was pretty good.

We had ants in our room and they could not get anyone to come and spray. They didn’t have another room to move in either. Also, we had to get new key cards about 6 different times . Staff was friendly but hotel was not good at all.

We stayed at three different properties in 3 days on this trip. This was the newest and most luxurious of the three. The check in was slow because of computer problems. The breakfast was good.

A solid choice
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary ammenities for a busy family of four. There was a temperature issue with the pool/hot tub and a shortage of pool towels, but it was a holiday weekend so it was easily overlooked. Highly recommended for business or family travelers.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the beds were comfortable. But the phone didn’t work in the room we couldn’t figure out how to get the heat to work. And the hot tub was barely even lukewarm.

The exterior of the facility is pleasant however, the interior is unsightly ( marks on the wall, old discarded funiture in the hallway, scratches on the walls, broken shower bar in the bathroom, missing shower handles to properly close the shower doors, old bath towels, sink basin creaked and the decor is outdated. Basically, the interior of the hotel is aged and lacks considerartion for its guests attempting get a good nights rest. Never, in my life in booking a Hotel Room through Expedia, have been awaken by plethora of unidentified power tools. Sounded like drills, jigsaw, hammer .. Damn! Regards

The room smelled like bug spray, sheets dirty, missing sheets, bugs in pull out, and bathroom door broken. I stay at Hamptons all over the country and this one was horrible. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We've stayed here before and felt it was great and very comfortable. This time, while comfortable, the room seemed very old and dated. I'm not sure if they are renovating, and we just got an old room. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly.

Glen carbon stay.
The hotel was nice but they had remodeling going on and we were placed 2 rooms from the current rooms being worked on. Our room mustbhave been completed just before we got the because ot seemed like they were nit finished. There was no trash cans in the room, phone did not work. The placements pf the outlets were funky. There was no alarm clock in the room. The bathroom was not completed and the water pressure in the toilet was horrible. Had to flush 3 to 4 time to work properly. Staff was friendly but seemed disorganized at times.

Staff was very helpful and efficient. However, our king mattress was very old and uncomfortable. Also at least two of the fitness machines were in serious need of repair.

Hotel is excellent. Modern, spacious, and clean. The staff was frendly, helpful, and cheerful. Our stay was reĺaxing. A good value.

Floor is under construction. They were hammering on wall in next room until 8pm and I needed to be sleep as I had a 4am departure. Thats a bit late.

Great staff, amenities, breakfast. Room on 1st floor so expected some little critters, at least they were dead. Bathtub could use an update but the room was large and had a desk couch and kitchenette
