Absolutely the worst place I've stayed. First I was charged 2 times for my room. I tried to address it with front desk. The lady was No help stating they only billed me once showing me the computer screen. I had my bank app open trying to show her where it came out twice. I was asked to swipe my card a second time because the young lady said it didn't go through on her end meanwhile I was telling her ok but it went through on my end. I should've requested a refund and left then. Second my fridge didn't work and it took 2 hrs to fix that. Third and final straw there was a competition in town with a lot of kids. They ran the halls half the night playing and knocking on doors. My fridge died again and I requested to be moved to a different floor. It never got fixed and of course they never moved me. After being billed $337.16 twice and no rest I will definitely be contacting my bank. One thing I will not do is argue about my money

It was close to the venue i was there to attend. There were no towels available for 2 out of 3 days, the sink in room 316 has a leak under the bottom which is what we had to use the towels for. The toilet rim had dry urine around it as well as the mirror was dirty. The air unit has molded food in it (visible) smelled when heat/air was in use.

Our room had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom mirror had old splatter on it. The toilet wouldn’t stop running every time we flushed it unless we took the lid off the tank and fixed it. The floors looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in a very long time and the desk area had crumbs on it which means it was never wiped down after the previous guests. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and nice.

Attempted to call the hotel multiple times during the day of my check in and the phone number provided was forwarding to a dead extension. Additionally, our first room’s heater sounded like a disease engine trying to start and was only blowing cold air. The second room didn’t have a tv and the door to the bathroom looked like it had been attempted to be forced open. Luckily the third room was acceptable and the staff was trying their best to find a room that was acceptable. .

I arrived at 9:30pm and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk so I could check in. That's outside the bounds of propriety.

Works for one of the cheapest nights around, but need to learn my lesson - that I don’t like to see a layer of dust on lamps, & bunches of hairs on desk chair. Not sure if all hotels have such thin walls or the caliber of the guests that come to budget hotels - loud TV & party type noise until 3am:( I’ve never really experienced such bad pillows - they looked good & sheets/bedding was clean, but the pillow stuffing was misshapen & quite bad. We should've asked to change rooms when we saw the low water pressure when flushing toilet … And sure enough by early morning, backed up - asked for plunger - didn't fix it. Used lobby bathroom. Little fridge barely had any juice, even when we turned it all the way- very grateful kind staff stored our supplies in lobby fridge. Lobby & hallway carpets clearly needed vacuuming & stairwells gross/bugs. We LOVED that it had an EV charger- main reason why we picked this hotel (just one - so grateful was available). But I would rather sit at a charge station down the road than pick this 2-star place again.

I have shown this to the housekeeper that cleaned your room and used this as a training for her to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Not the Best Hotel
Upon arrival we were charged a $250 deposit, however, the room wasn’t worth that much. I had a fridge that didn’t work. Both, the tub & sink, were easily filled with water because it was clogged. The tub overall was not the best looking. There was a kiosk for customer service, yet we were still waiting for service here & there. I was told they would release my deposit immediately after checkout, but I had to call them hours later for them to release the funds.

It was clean, quiet, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good with different selections. Our room was spacious had a microwave, refrigerator and a small dining table with chairs. We also had a pull out sofa bed in addition To our king bed. There was a shooting across the street at another hotel the last night of our stay. Our hotel had a security guad on duty and he was making regular rounds to ensure our safty so we felt safe. There aren't any places to eat in the immediate area around the hotel, but there are places a short drive away (5 min). to our king bed.

Don't recommend!
Stained carpet, noisy till 3am in the morning. Card key machine was not functioning therefore the front desk said they would bring us keys, Never got them. Absolutely no concern for customer service. To top all that off the TV didn't even work. Usually have a good experience with Best Western but this one was a bad one.

Our area was in an Internet outage with AT&T which impacts the key machine and this was not fixed by them until 4AM. This also had an impact on Direct TV. Front staff was friendly considering it was late. Around 9 we were greeted by doors slamming and yelling. It sounded like a party next door. We woke up for our flight at 2:30 and at 2 they were still being loud enough for us to make out words and to wake us up throughout the night. Not our favorite stay.

Affordable stay
Upon arrival we were informed the internet was down. We’re unable to give us keys to our room so let us in. No wifi or cable the entire stay. Booked a family room with bunk beds for kids, blankets were see through and children were freezing. Breakfast was ok for continental. Other than this the stay was good beds were comfortable and shower and bathroom were clean.

Booked a suite that was supposed to have 2 queen beds a and full size sofa bed. The sofa bed was twin size and it was absolutely disgusting, so dirty and old. The mattress looked like it belonged in a prison. I couldn’t sleep on, slept on the floor. The whole hotel is old and dirty and has a funny smell about it. The only saving grace is the staff, they are extremely helpful and friendly and they go above and beyond to help.

Rooms were terrible the carpets were stained and they had a terrible odor tv didn’t work in one room so they changed rooms and the other room was worse. I’ll never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

I always book a hotel with a pool because I do physical therapy in the water. Pool was closed. They need to be transparent with this because it is important to some people.

It was good. I like this hotel. Just this time. Remote control didnt work. My room was not cleaned, stayed 4 nights and cleaned myself until I talked with the manager. No refrigerator in room 300. Again I like this hotel and will return because it is convenient, and the breakfast is good.

My Staycation
The Hotel was nice, clean, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable. And I was surprise there were no phone/device ports for charging your electronics. Although it was a standard toilet, it was very low to the floor.

We had a slight issue at check in with our key not working but thankfully staff was extremely helpful and got us a new room right away. The pool was down during our stay but that was okay. They were actively making repairs when we got there. The room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Upon check-in, the staff at the counter was satisfactory. We got to our room and discovered the toilet did not flush. I called down to the front desk several times but got a busy signal each time. My husband was able to fix it by turning on the valve. Then a large cockroach crawled out from the tub drain. I didn't sleep well for fear of having bugs crawling on me and they provided no extra linen for the pullout bed. We decided to pass on the breakfast provided in the morning. I refuse to eat where there is an infestation. Finally, i almost stepped in vomit on my way to my car. Will never return or recommend this hotel.
