We would have loved to offer an alternative for the mattress by providing a mattress topper if this information was provided to us prior to your departure. All mattresses were recently changed in late December of 2022. The doors to the Cottage showers are designed so that no one from the outside can see within. Admittedly, it can take a bit of getting used to for anyone who has not had that experience before.Wishing you all the very best!

Comments like yours will encourage our efforts to provide a genuine Caribbean vacation experience. Unfortunately your visit was not made easier with the passage of a tropical wave during the course of your visit, putting an extra strain on all our services. Without wanting to take away from your comments you should know the faulty circulation pump for the solar powered hot water system to your room has meanwhile been replaced. Our records suggest you were never charged for the dinner you are referring to after the welcome cocktail party on Monday, when our guests usually all sit down at the same time. This sometimes creates delays in the food preparation where every dish is prepared a la minute. The locally payable tourism levy, a Government tax was also removed from your bill and paid by the hotel on your behalf. For the 4 days staying at the resort you never had any other charges for a cup of coffee, a drink or any other snack or service for us to consider. Hopefully with time you will remember the positive experiences you had in Saint Lucia and your perception of the resort will change. We would like that very much. Thank you again for your comments
