Thank you for your review. We apologize that you had a negative experience and would have loved to address any issues immediately had they been brought to our attention. We actually asked you prior to your departure how everything was and if you needed anything and we were told all was well, so we are bit confused. We have inspected the room you stayed in and found no issues. Sheets sometimes have spots from sun tan oil or cosmetics used by guests and we do our very best to sort out any linens that are worn or stained. We take utmost pride in our customer service and we always strive to create a wonderful experience for our guests.

Thank you for recognizing Vickie and her staff for doing a great job of serving you during your stay with us. Camelot's location is perfect for accessing the beach and walking to 5 of the most popular restaurants on the island. Hard to improve on this great central location to everything.

Yes we all agree...Vickie is wonderful. She cares about our guests and it shows in how special she makes you feel when you book a stay with us. As far as public bathrooms...At Camelot, you are no farther than 50 feet from your own private bathroom in your room....and although our office is small, Vickie makes it work for getting you all checked in quickly. We find our Camelot guests don't mind the extra frills and it is reflected in our daily room prices that offer a modern kitchenette in every room and savings that has Camelot rated as one of the best value small properties on popular Clearwater Beach.

Thank you for ranking us so high in location and guest service. A pillow may be a little too soft but guest service should always be delivered with style. New pillows are now in the room and we welcome your return visit with a restaurant gift certificate for being such a kind guest. Just see Vickie upon your return.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you did not enjoy your visit. The room you stayed in was a studio with two double beds which you requested through Expedia. We are pet friendly but not all rooms are pet friendly and you did not request a pet friendly room when you booked with Expedia nor did you arrive with a pet so we are confused by your comments. We wish you had brought any issues to our attention or to our staff who greeted you and asked you at the pool if you needed anything. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and a clean well appointed room as other reviews attest to. We have not experienced any issues with internet or telephone service but would have certainly tried to help you had we known you were having a problem. Again, thank you for your review, we will certainly address your specific concerns.

Thank you for your review. We wish you would have told us of any of these issues during the three days you were here. We were not made aware of any of the problems you state above except your request for more towels. We were happy to give you more towels as you asked for but we needed to exchange them for your used ones. We knocked on your door to exchange them but you had left without exchanging your used towels for fresh ones. We do not require you to take your trash to the dumpster, we simply let you know where it is located if you would like to empty it. We are sorry that you were not pleased with our property. We take great pride in providing excellent accommodations, customer service and quaint setting at affordable prices.
