This hotel was perfect for our family! We had a rollaway bed to fit our family of five in our room, it was so clean, staff was so attentive, kids enjoyed the pool, you could walk to restaurants and shops, breakfast crew was 5 star, and we loved the cozy touch of the Easter decorations while there! Definitely recommend!

This was a clean and nice hotel. The staff were wonderful and made up for the slightly outdated room. Everything seemed clean and met our needs completely. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were phenomenal. My kids were happy here and all of the hotel staff were friendly especially the individuals running the morning breakfast. Also had many breakfast options. Only minor issue was the shower heads could definitely use an update.

The breakfast in morning had plenty of choices and staff were very friendly and helpful. Right next to Pinella’s Trail. Walking to Dunedin, restaurants, shops and ballpark. Enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was great too

Hotel is located in a perfect location to stores restaurants walking and biking on trails.The hotel is very clean and the staff is great especially the breakfast crew.

The Holiday Inn Express in Dunedin is the PERFECT hotel for anyone planning a trip to Dunedin. I dont want to say too much about it though, because I dont want it to get too crowded lol. It is in easy walking distance to all the cute shops, restaurants and parks. It is 1 block away from the water, for awesome sunsets. It is 10 minute walk from the Blue Jays spring training field. It is a 30 second walk to the bike/walking trail. We were here in February, and the heated pool was so nice and warm. The hot tub was even warmer. Getting out of the pool/hot tub was a bit chilly, but that is expected! The breakfast was amazing, and the two nice ladies (Penny was one of them) who work there for breakfast are so sweet and helpful. All in all, it is a great place to stay and no complaints at all!

I didn’t like the fact that the hot tub closed at 10:00. There was a man, who had no personality at all, in the office before 10:00 and all night. Why not let paying customers in later?

What a fantastic stay my family had!! We thoroughly enjoyed the Family Suite, which had a seperate area with bunk beds for our girls! It was very comfy. The staff was great, and the woman who was in charge of the breakfast service was exceptionally wonderful!! So attentive, cheerful, polite, just fantastic! We highly recommend this location!!!!
