Super helpful friendly staff. Rooms are nicely updated and clean. Hotel is super close to beach and quick walk to John's Pass. Pool area needs an update. Pool was heated and fun for my kids to play in. Had beach umbrellas and beach chairs. Overall a great place to stay.

We loved our stay at the Twins Inn! Great location to be able to walk to the beach without having to cross traffic, shopping at John’s Pass and a lot of great dining options.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and kind. The location was ideal to the beach and dining as well as shopping . The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay .

This was a great find! The staff which is a single person each day were super helpful and friendly. Location was close to beach (5 minute walk) and easy to access. Having a dedicated parking spot was added plus. Relatively updated and cute space in an apartment style building. Daily refresh for towels was convenient and when we needed anything else (ex: beach umbrella) the staff were quickly able to assist. Most days we did not walk to food or stores but seemed like there were things close by.

We had an excellent 3 night/4 day stay. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating to our requests during our stay. The unit we stayed in was clean and the kitchen had just about everything you needed to cook meals. Loved that it was an easy walk to the beach and to John's Pass area. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others who are ok with an older property.

not a true 3 bedroom
apartment is old but roomy. My only issue was that it was listed as a 3 bedroom apartment but in order to get to the 3rd bedroom you had to go through the 2nd bedroom. No privacy at all for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. This is important info that should have been disclosed.

Walkable, comfortable apartment
We enjoyed our stay! Very close to beach and Johns Pass. It was a bit noisy sitting outside the unit, but once inside noise wasn't an issue.

A great find!
Had a nice time at this location. The pool was beautiful and the ocean is just a quick walk away. We only had a few days to enjoy the area and am really happy we found this place to do so.

Close to the beach, friendly staff, relaxing!
A good view of the Gulf from the balcony. A quick walk to the beach. Each room is assigned a parking space, which is super nice! Enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

Excellent choice.
Enjoyed my stay, wish i could have stayed an xtra night. Very reasonable cost. Im retired so even then i wish it was cheaper. Very good price though. Excellent management. Manager was a sweetheart. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Twins Inn. The beds are super comfy and so is the apartment itself. We were able to cook our breakfast which was nice. Parking is easy, the beach is within walking distance and the pool was awesome. Really feeling refreshed after our stay. Most importantly the staff was kind and welcoming. They let us borrow a crib which was super handy and check out a bit since it’s hard to get packed and out of there with 2 little ones, especially since one is an infant! Thanks again Twins Inn! We’ll be back!

The property has a very nice location if you want quick and easy access to the beach. Very few properties on Treasure Island will have a shorter walk to the beach. The pool was heated and nice but there was very little shade in the pool area and all the furniture was bolted to the concrete deck and could not be moved. The two ladies who run the property were extremely helpful and generally would bend over backwards to help you out.

Very close to beach. Very clean. We did have issue with pool as this property rents the pool use from another individual, and during open pool hours we were all swimming and the owner approached a 5-yo with our group and said "Do you know what time it is?" and when I interjected she told us we needed to leave and demanded our names and apartment number. Also, loud teenagers until midnight and others parked in our spot when we got back late and no answer from towing so was a headache, but not the properties fault. There were some frustrations, but in general just the rude pool owner makes us decide we would rather spend our money at another location when we return to treasure island. Room was clean, amenities were good, and the day-time office staff was great.

It was okay…
I have been wanting to stay at the Twinn Inn for a few years and finally had the opportunity. We were there to celebrate a birthday and to visit John’s Pass, so the location was perfect and just a quick walk over the bridge to John’s Pass. The rooms were nice and spacious which I appreciated. The surroundings felt safe and it was a quiet area. All a plus for me…. We did have issues with the toilet. It took 2 to 3 times to flush every time we used it…but nothing terrible. It eventually worked. The resort fee was a little much. It’s hardly a resort. The pool was nice but the area surrounding it was in need of some work. All in all our stay was great. Would we stay again maybe but not for $383.00 (that’s taxes and fees included). There are better places to stay for that price.

These are apartment suites with fully equipped kitchen. Steps to the beach with a heated pool onsite. No daily maid service, but they offer fresh shower and beach towels daily. Amazing value!

Awesome Place!
We loved our stay at Twins! Vivian was so sweet and kind. The beach is directly behind the inn and even though it was too cold during our stay for the beach, our kids LOVED the pool which was heated for the winter months. We loved how close it was to John’s Pass—within walking distance so you don’t need to pay for parking on the other side of the bridge.

Nice, well maintained property. Very flexible in our late check-in, which we appreciated. Noise of upstairs guest walking on hard floors came right through.

The staff was super nice, but the property is out-dated and needs maintenance! I had to tighten the screws on the bed frame because one literally popped out. I think it’s over priced for the condition. The best aspect was how close we were to the beach, that was great and very convenient with the kids. The pool area did its job but was out dated. Definitely needs a facelift! Overall, our stay was fine, had everything we needed.

The over all experience was good. The kids had a blast. However, I didn’t like that there was hardly any cooking supplies. No baking sheets or pans. I could use the stove top though so we made due. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work either. We enjoyed the view and the time we had.

Nice place near John's Pass
Very nice place to stay. Short walk to the beach and nearby restaurant. Nice pool. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would be a nice place to spend a week or more. 3 room apartment was very comfortable.

Weather played a big part in the disappointment in our visit. I realize the hotel has no control over the elements but the refund or revision in the reservation was not flexible. We were there to celebrate my sons cancer remission and were planning some snorkeling and jet ski rentals but the weather eas overcast and cold and we pretty much just sat in the room. Would have been nice to have been able to change the dates at least
