Приезжали с дочерью на выходные, бронь оставили заранее, сразу перезвонили и уточнили все у нас.очень отзывчивый персонал.прекрасный отель,чистый, уютный, комфортный.находится в хорошем месте, недалеко от всех достопримечательностей прекрасного Санкт Петербурга.

No problem for the hotel itself. So noisy at night
No air conditioner but it is fine in St Petersburg friendly staffs Caution! Be ready for the noise from night club at night!

Excellent central hotel.
Best hotel we stayed at on our World Cup trip. Great location, friendly staff, well decorated and maintained, good (if slightly Russian) breakfast. Welcomed us with a complimentary cup of coffee five minutes after our arrival, and had an office area I could use to print out my pre-booked tickets for the Hermitage.

Hidden gem!
This is a great hotel with exceptional service. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful in making sure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have good recommendations for food and tours if you ask, but aren't pushing you to use any services. Please note, when they say "twin bed" sleeps two people, it's a poor translation on the part of hotels.com. That is really a full or double bed, whichever you call it. The only problem we had was depending on the room you get, it can be quite noisy outside at night. We stayed here during white nights and the world cup, so the fans were quite rowdy very very late into the night. Earplugs did help though. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

カザン大聖堂の近くのホテル
ネフスキー通りから一本中に入ったところにあるけど、静かで落ち着いた、 部屋も広くて快適。 水のサーバーがフロアにあり、大変助かりました。

立地やスタッフの対応がとてもいいホテル
とにかくスタッフの方がとても親切です！対応はモスクワで泊まった五つ星ホテルよりもよかったです。 大きな荷物を持っていたので、モスクワ駅からホテルまでタクシーを手配しましたが400ルーブルでした。帰りのプルコヴォ空港までは850ルーブルでした。 場所はほぼネフスキー大通りに面しており、カザン聖堂から徒歩1分の所にあります。ネフスキープロスペクト駅も近く、移動も便利です。しかし主要な観光施設はほとんど歩いて回ることができました。疲れたら一度ホテルに戻って再び出掛けることもできました。近くにはカフェや飲食店がたくさんあり、食事にも困りません。 施設に関しては、まずエレベーターがありません。しかし二階までしかないのであまり問題ないです。朝食も無料にしては充実しており十分な内容です。 部屋は一人でしたので狭くもなく広くもなく問題ありませんでした。ただ空調がなく、１月に利用したため寒く感じました。 シャワーのお湯は問題なく出ました。水回りの下水の匂いが気になりましたが、洗面所のドアを閉めておけば部屋にまで充満することはなかったです。 外の音がとてもよく聞こえ、若者が騒いでいる声や騒音が気になることがありました。(年始だったので特にお祭騒ぎしている人たちが多かったのかもしれません。) 総合してコスパもよく、オススメのホテルです。

Perfect sport to explore the city.
Perfect spot and great service! I wasn't quite sure where in the city to stay, but this turned out to be the perfect spot to explore St. Petersburg. The Metro is close, as are numerous bus lines. Most of the main attractions are easily reached by foot. The rooms are small and the beds simple. But, everything was perfectly comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice small hotel located in busy part of town.
If you take bus number 39 from the airport and ride it to Moskovskaya metro station and from the metro get off at Nevsky Prospekt this will take you to the area of town that you need to be. The hotel is just a block away located behind the Kazan Cathedral. The entrance to the hotel is located at Kanal Griboedova, 25 down the alley, once you see the iron door on the left go through this courtyard and turn right, you'll see it there. The rooms are pleasant for the price and room service is daily. The rooms are upgraded with modern conveniences but beware in the summer there is no air conditioning in the rooms only a small fan. The breakfast room has air conditioning and the selection is broad. They have the basics toast, jam, cereal, boiled eggs, assortment of meats and cheese, sausage, and different warm items everyday. To us it was better then most hotels in America. The staff was friendly and told us where to find the open sky market which was only about two blocks away and they allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day since our flight wasn't until late in the evening. The location was great surrounded by restaurants and bars, there's a small market located at the next building to buy your own foods and within two blocks there's so much to see and do. If you really want to you could walk to all of the main attractions from the hotel or you could take one of the many buses that are located in front of the Kazan Cathedral.

優れた立地
観光に抜群のロケーションです。徒歩でアクセス可能な観光名所が周りにたくさんあります。4星ホテルの設備はありませんが、その分値段が安く、立地が良く、内装は新しく、快適に過ごせました。朝食もこのカテゴリーでは悪くないと思います。

На двухспальной кровати было одеяло для односпальной кровати. Номер был не до конца готов к нашему заселению. Диван не был застелен постельным бельем, подушек и одеяла не было вообще. Останавливаться в этом отеле больше не будем.

отличное расположение
1-4 мая 2014г останавливались с 6летней дочерью в этом отеле. здание старое,вход из внутреннего двора по ступенькам,но внутри все отремонтировано,чисто. хороший завтрак,есть и горячая еда и бутерброды. на этажах есть кулер,что весьма ценно,если после полуночной прогулки захочется согрется чаем. отель расположен прямо за Казанским собором,5 минут ходьбы от метро. сама улица обшарпаная и создается ощущение,что идешь в ночлежку,но на самом деле это не так. рядом с отелем несколько кафе и ресторанов,т.е. вообще рядом. в номере,как и обещано "вай-фай" , сигнал хороший,устойчивый,так что всегда были со связью. Душевая кабина,фен, пакетики с шампунем и гелем для душа. Что мне не очень понравилось-это узковатая кровать(мы с дочкой 6 лет жили в одноместном номере), но дали дополнительную подушку, полотенца. Предлагали дополнительную кровать-может раскладушку,я не стала брать,тк места вномере и так не много.персонал приветливый. мы остались довольны. я считаю ,что хороший отель на 3 полноценные звезды.

Good for a short no-choice stay
This is a relatively clean hotel in a very good location. It is a good place to stay if you have no other choice and it is critical for you to stay in the area. The rooms are yes clean but NOT comfortable, starting from beds and ending with water taps that are hard to use. The breakfast is terrible, and overall for the money you can get much more in other hotels, including a much better breakfast.
