Dear Terri,We are sorry to hear that you didn’t fully enjoy your stay with us. Our staff try hard to work as a team to deliver island hospitality at its best. We will complete an analysis of food pricing at the neighbouring hotels and restaurants. Generally speaking, our portions are generous and most guests give us favourable reviews. The pricing on our menu is in EC (local currency) and includes 16% VAT. If you would like to message us directly to provide more detailed feedback about staff who were not very welcoming and accommodating, we would appreciate it. We expect our guests to feel valued and like they are at home away from home. If you felt otherwise, we did not meet our service level expectations. We hope you will return to our beautiful island.
