My apologies for the problem you had at Jenny's. As far as interaction with my guests, I am available at all times if the guest needs me for anything at all. I try not to bother my guests. If you had a problem with the room, you just needed to let me know and I would do what I could to take care of the problem.

I am sorry you had an uncomfortable bed. If you had said something to me, I would have moved you to another room. We normally serve breakfast on weekends during the season (May through October). The locals do not know how we do business here. I would be glad to make up for these issues in the future.

I am always glad that my guests an enjoyable time at Jenny's. We are somewhat retro and old fashioned, but we try our best to make the stay comfortable. Hope to see you back at Jenny's in the future. Have a great holiday season.

I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Our staircase is not rickety. It is new as of last year. The room you reserved is one of our economy rooms. Our larger rooms have the amenities which you are complaining about. If you had spoken to me about these items, I would have tried to make alternative arrangements. Again, my apologies. We are an older hotel and try to keep up with the maintenance, but that can only be done when there are no guests here and that doesn't happen too often during the season.

I am very sorry you were disappointed in Jenny's. Thank you for bringing this information to my attention. I am aware that our building needs some painting, which is difficult to do when we have guests staying here. Since no one else has complained about the bed or the lighting, I am glad you have brought this to my attention and it will now be taken care of.

I am sorry you are unhappy with your stay. However, you did rent one of our basic bedrooms. The majority of our rooms are larger and have kitchenettes. Our website also makes it clear that we only serve breakfast on weekends. Again, sorry you were disappointed.

I can't express how sorry I am for this. I very recently had a knee surgery and I am unable to walk the steps. Which means that I was unable to do quality control on my rooms. I take full responsibility for this problem. This room was not the room you reserved initially. The room you reserved does not have a kitchenette and is smaller. Either room was an upgrade from the original reservation. I would be very happy to comp a room for you in the future. Or if you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Again, my sincere apologies for this problem.
