We wished you would have said something because the only staff members that went outside was housekeeping staff and they went off to the side of the building. There was the front desk clerk behind the front desk area does not smoke was working on checked out laundry and also a breakfast attendant that was working on replacing items as they went empty, also the general manager was in the office all morning which was available if someone would have came to the desk and needed help with anything. We hope this has cleared up any misunderstandings about the staff that was available to assist with anything during your stay with us. I’m sorry to see that you did not have a good time with us, and that you will seeking future accommodations elsewhere.The hot tub in the pool area is closed due to electrical reasons, and for the safety of our guests. At this point in time we are hopeful that this item will get repaired sooner than later and we are expected hopefully sometime this week to have it re-opened.We have a trainee at the front desk who is learning the system who is still very new and very green when it comes to making key cards correctly which could be the issue to why your room keys were not working properly during this particular stay. again, I do apologize that you did not have a good time with us this time around and I do understand that for future states you’ll be seeking other accommodations in the area. I do hope at some point you will decide to give us another chance in the future when you come back to the Wisconsin Rapids area.
