The unit was very old with attempts to upgrade. Kettle did not work. Replacement grudgingly provided. Fridge freezer door missing so contents of fridge frozen my morning. Cooker difficult to operate. 1 plate or the oven at a time. Expensive! For the cost the standard should be much higher. OK to rent but should be half the cost. No impressed with Wotif for offering this!

Dirty, smelt like wet dog. The bedding stunk . It would not smell like that if it was fresh. Never again

Toilet was not clean and towers were very old and smelly. Spare bed was not prepared and not at all comfortable. Images shows that kids can ride bicycles in the Park, but roads inside the tourist park is not suitable for riding bicycles for kids.(Gravel Road, kids can't ride). Not worth the money at all, not recommend for families with kids.

Hi Dash, I am verysorry that you didn't have a great experience here. I assure you that all the towels are brand new (only replaced in December) and are washed daily. If you had an issues, I would have asked that you brought them to my attention during your stay so that they could be rectified, As for the spare bed, we don't make them up as some guests prefer to use it as extra seating or storage for their luggage, And as for the roads, yes they are gravel roads, but kids rids their bikes on them daily. Again, i do apologise if you didn;t enjoy your stay and I would be happy to discuss further with you if you would like to contact me directly.

Caravan park has been poorly maintained, sliding doors in cabins would close as rollers had fallen off, and doors weren’t even wide enough to cover door frame gap. Our 12 year old daughter felt quite embarrassed every time she used the toilet due to the gaps. This was in the “deluxe” cabin, linen was dirty, screws were hanging out of the bunk beds, no hairdryer. Quite disappointed as new nrma caravan park 5 minutes down the road was not that much more per night, but way nicer. Would not stay here again.

This site has seen better days. The settee in the room was old and the faux leather covers were old and split. We were glad we were only staying one night. On the plus side the site had the cheapest petrol I have seen in Tasmania

Oh what a terrible decission my partner made in booking me this. I cried when we arrived. Holiday Park? No! I can only assume this is what a Trailer Park is like in th USA. The owner was lovely but has a huge job on her hands to get this place to resemble a Holiday Park. It was a memorable experience. I just wish i could say it was a positive one. The cabin/trailer smells like my grandmother's coffin.

Location of the property is great. 5 mins drive to prune dunes and St Helens Point. Only downside we felt with the design of the cabin. The bunkbeds were just in front of toilet and shower and it would be uncomfortable for people using the toilet and the people/kids on the bunk bed.

Disappointed.
Doors werent working properly, cooktop/oven was difficult to workout, toilet seat loose. Main bed on lino and wheels was moving around alot, hazardous.couch hard. Only good thing was the awesome water pressure in shower!

Very close to the sea side
This place can accomdate up to 7 people, it is Tod and clean. However it is a bit far from anything. The closest restaurant will need 20-30 mins driving, a bit far away anything. But then, it is very natural and can enjoy the star- glazing at night

Due to Wotif booking arrangements an unpleasant ex
Due to the booking options of Wotif this was a disappointing stay so much so that we only stayed one night instead of two We booked a cabin with 2 rooms for 2 couples and it ended up that the bunk beds which we were OK with was in a passageway and the other couple had to come into to use the bathroom . Totally unacceptable for two couples. The manager of the park was very understanding and agrred that it was not what we had booked.

Quiet place, relatively clean. Could use new pillows, all we had were really flat pillows that didn't provide much comfort or support. A bit of traffic noise on the roads but relatively manageable.
