We recently had the pleasure of staying at Home 2 Suites, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and modern aesthetics of the facility. The updated decor added a touch of elegance, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Safety was a top priority throughout our stay, providing peace of mind for my family. The well-lit grounds and secure parking added an extra layer of reassurance, and the easy check-in process streamlined our arrival. Our room was a haven of comfort, boasting lush furnishings and cozy amenities that made us feel right at home. The highly adjustable mini blinds allowed us to customize our privacy and lighting preferences, while the television provided a plethora of channels for entertainment. Although the pool wasn't heated as advertised, it didn't deter my kids from enjoying every moment. The well-kept grounds provided ample space for relaxation and recreation, ensuring that our family had plenty of options for fun and leisure. Overall, our stay at Home 2 Suites, exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt safe, comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, family-friendly retreat with impeccable service and amenities.

We always stay here, it's such a big room with a full kitchen, and tons of storage.

The property was clean and close to many areas we needed to travel to. The front desk was not helpful. They charged us twice for the stay. I would never stay here again due to the lack of professional service.

The hotel had no room for us even though we had a reservation. No phone call, no communication to this effect. Manager left for the night knowing the situation. So unprofessional by the hotel and the manager.

The sleeper sofas were the worst i have ever encountered. First...no sheets provided. Second it was like laying on a piece of cardboard over springs. Bar pokes you in the middle of your back. Just sitting on the couch before converting to a bed makes your behind sore...way too hard. You have the worst pillows ever. Way too soft. Had to fold over a bunch. The bed itself was good. The cover on the bed is too heavy. Breakfast is one giant choice of preservative food items. I cant eat preservatives. I appreciated the kitchen. Thank you for the opportunity to provide input.

The cost of my stay was not consistent with the quality of the room. The room was in disrepair…tile coming off the wall in the bathroom, handrail falling apart in the tub, lamp broken and another without lightbulbs. Comforter on one bed was not clean and the person at the desk said they didn’t have access to the linens but gave us a blanket instead. Pretty disappointing for the cost.

Staff was amazing! The location is convenient, safe, and walkable to SBux and food options. We stay here every time we go to Stillwater, and will continue to do so. I do think the property could use a bit of a refresh - the beds were a bit broken down, and there is just some wear and tear that is beyond easy remediation by staff.

Wonderful staff and great location to campus
Overall the stay was great. It was just myself and my young son. He was super excited there was a pool and kitchen. The staff was wonderful. Joseph (I hope I am remembering his name correctly) at the desk was fantastic. He was great with my son and super helpful and friendly. The only negatives were the bathtub was a little dingy and the shower curtain could stand to be replaced. The Dishwasher also was not fully installed, I am assuming for easy replacement if needed but when I pulled the door the whole unit moved. Overall it was good bed, pillows wonderful, location was exactly what we needed. We were able to walk to the Basketball arena for the game we were attending. If we go back to Stillwater I would stay here again.

The room was filthy & disgusting with stains on furniture. Overall cleanliness was less than impressive. If you zoom in on the picture you can clearly see blood on the napkin!

Great for waking to the game. Older property that could use a little TLC. Missing tiles in the bathroom, rust and not as nice as some I have stayed in. But it worked perfectly for a nights stay after a game.

Went to football game and the hotel was within walking distance so didn’t have to find/pay for a parking spot at the game. I wasn’t really in the hotel for all that long, but it’s clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

Upon checkin the fold out sofa was stained horribly, the bed linens were a sheet and very thin throw, no bedding for sleeper sofa, when I asked desk for bedding they stated they did not have any blankets but could give me extra sheets. When you are traveling with kids you need blankets! Beds were horribly uncomfortable as well. The one extra blanket in the room had brown spots that looked fecal on it. Super nice entry to hotel but rooms could use a good cleaning and provide extra bedding.

No worth the money.
I asked them to NOT put us in handicapped room but they did any way. The bed was super un comfortable and the sink was clogged and would not drain.

The blankets on our bed were disgusting. The shower was also in pretty poor shape. I understand that it could have been just this one room, but the blankets should never be dirty. It made our entire stay uncomfortable.

Refrigerator had old pizza and dip in it from the previous customer. I mentioned to the hotel staff when we got there and we're leaving for dinner. Never was removed.

The bathroom light didn’t work, and they could not fix it. Also, only 2 towels provided. AND… only one elevator worked. Horrible.

After sleeping in the bed the first night I discovered large toenail clippings in the bed. Front desk did not even offer apology but said I had declined housekeeping so there was nothing he could do. I asked for clean sheets and changed them myself.

Dirty room, ac was not on the room temperature was 84 when I got to the room. The smoke detector battery was bad and started beeping at 3 am, had to have the night shift desk worker come and put a new battery in at 4 am. Did not get any rest

A little disappointed with the stains on the sheets, the stains in the shower curtain, and The quality of the bed’s and linens. With Hilton being the brand, I expected more. I don’t know if it’s because I had kids with me or what, but I expected better quality. Over all the hotel was clean, quiet, and nice. The rooms were very spacious. Had no issues with the kitchenette other than I wish it was stocked with a Keurig and Not a cheap pod type coffee maker. I’m glad Starbucks was in the parking lot.

Never again!
Check in was smooth, no issues. When we got to the room, booked for 3 people, there was only one bath towel, no bedding or pillows for the pull out bed. I went to the front desk and asked for the missing linens. I was provided with one sheet, one pillow and one towel. I asked for a blanket and another towel and was told they didn’t have any. I asked if they could look in another room and was told no and that I would need to figure it out on my own.

Showers had mildew, they carpet seem super dirty, the whole building poor kept. Some lights were not working. Paying almost $350 for one truly not worth it.

Large rooms, great location to OSU
All in all we had a pleasant start. The staff was limited, but very friendly and responsive. The room had plenty of space but there were some disappointments that likely are due to a shortage of cleaning and maintenance staff: - I had to go get bath towels from the front desk as there were none in our room. The staff at the front desk was apologetic and got them for me quickly. - The couch had significant stains on the cushions. - There was no bedding for the couch bed. - The dishwasher was out of order.

The front desk clerk was very nice and made checkin easy. When we got to the room the condition of the room was deplorable. The bedding on both beds was disgusting with a variety of stains. The top edge of the quilt was brown with use and had obviously not been changed in a while. The floor had not been swept. The pullout couch was filthy with stains and long, black hairs all over it. Under the pullout couch had piles of crumbs, dust, fingernail clippings and even a dried up contact. The front desk clerk was kind and brought us the only clean blankets she could acquire, but there was no extra clean bedding. A spare pillow for the pullout couch had what appeared to be dried blood and drool staining. We tried the pool which was open, but the heating element was broken. Our kids were thrilled to swim, but we soon had to leave because they were shivering with blue lips.

We had 3 unrelated people traveling together and specifically reserved a room with 2 beds and 1 fold out. At check in, we were told the hotel was overbooked, and they were downgrading us to a room with 1 bed and 1 fold out. We were repeatedly told there was nothing that could be done. The manager even suggested that 2 of us share a bed. It wasn’t until we escalated the situation that the hotel finally budged. They ended up giving us a second room, but it was like pulling teeth to accomplish that.
