We always look for a pool and hot tub when booking. This site shows to have both, however the hot tub “hasn’t worked in several years” according to the front desk clerk. Would be great if the website was updated to state that. Also, the overall cleanliness wasn’t great in the room or hallway. Air conditioner only ran for 3-4 minutes at a time and the room was super hot.

Priced well for a night to visit our son who’s a student at OSU. No frills, but Sami at the front was friendly & professional. Coffee, iced tea, popcorn all complimentary in the lobby are a nice touch. They have a kids area, coloring pages and small things that make it look like they’re really trying to make the most value out of your stay. It’s easy access to campus and breakfast was fine before heading out. Plenty of towels, blankets and toiletries in the room. If you need a clean, quiet place, priced fairly, would recommend.

Pool was nice and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were a little harder than i liked.

Everything was satisfactory with the exception of the 7 am breakfast start. Some of us have to start earlier even if it is the weekend.

There wasn’t a piece of furniture in the room that didn’t have scratches all over, specifically wanted to stay here because of pool and hot tub. Water looked for pool looked very cloudy and the hot tub was being refinished.

Both room and property not clean. Unsanitary. Large pets not cared for. Staff is aware of hotel conditions but clearly isn’t incentivized to care (and they don’t). Pay the extra money to stay elsewhere.

I would stay there again.
Stay was great pillows looked messed up but that was only thing. Other than that everyone was extremely helpful and nice easy check in and out.

We arrived paid $186 for our room with 2 people the hot tube was broken and breakfast wasn't served until 7 we had to be at our event at 7.

Very family friendly - from a playroom for littles to free popcorn and other light munchies. Wonderful staff. Great experience from check-in to check-out.

Staff really nice, room not really clean, elevation and tile floors not clean, breakfast average, hallways were clean and smelled nice. The hotel way over priced only place available when I booked. Won’t recommend expedia or hotel to anyone! The hotel was charging 94 soecial for two nights and expedia charged me $485. A disgrace!!!
