Could be 9 or 10 except for two things: water too hot. Turned shower wrong way to turn it off and was scolded. 2. Scrambled eggs not good at all. More milk than egg. 6 or 7/10 overall as a result.

I had a short stay at Park hotel. The staff was friendly, the room and bed comfortable and calm. And their restaurant is also a very good option for lunch or dinner. I do recommend this place !

In need of a major update
This hotel hasn't changed the decor or carpets since it was built in the 1970's. The room wasn't very clean and the bed was probably the original one as not very comfy with flat pillows. With the wind the room door was rattling all night and even thought the radiator was turned off it was extremely hot.

An excellent choice for a night in Falkirk. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Food is lovely for dinner and breakfast is always easy and filling.

The stay was good, the staff were helpful and welcoming. In the bathroom several items were in need of attention, loose fittings etc, these were reported to reception on departure. Otherwise all o.k.

Highlander
Staff at the hotel were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Full marks all around. There is easy access to the town and ample parking onsite. The room was warm and comfortable but unfortunately, I had to try three rooms before I found the one with the least background noise (entirely from internal machinery). I am a light sleeper and even room number three was just a bit too noisy. Good restaurant and very good bar, both with great service. Breakfast was a bit thin on choices, but was adequate overall.

Reasonably good
Most things were good, staff, cleanliness, location etc, but the bed was not very comfortable, the mattress and pillows were past their best.

Well priced, great room dinner was nice but breakfast a bit chaotic. However there was no water this morning in my bathroom. At all. Not great. Staff didn’t seem at all bothered.
