Lovely apartment
Unable to sleep due to music playing until after 3am on night one (of 2 night stay) put a slight damper on the busy day we had planned. Unsure whether this was coming from our apartment building. Pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable. Overall the apartment was lovely and welcoming.

I got an email on the day of check-in that property was unavailable and booking was cancelled. I had to literally plea with them to re-book me in some other property. They did but property was not upto the standard.I was there for 3 nights and left quite a few messages about the situation but there was no response from them.

Compact but comfortable
I was a bit surprised how compact the one-bed studio is - it's basically a cabin in the garden - but once I'd got used to it, everything was beautifully thought-out and it didn't feel cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable (just so you know, I like a firmer mattress), the shower was good, and I had everything I needed for a 3-night stay. The self check-in procedure was clearly explained in an email and worked fine. I'd very happily stay here again.

These apartments are lovely. Much roomier than expected for the price. Very reasonably priced. I would love to come back to stay again. The courtyard is very relaxing area.

Great value and real luxury.
I knew I had chosen well, however still was surprised at the luxury of this apartment. It had a full sized fridge/freezer, coffee pod machine and pods, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and nice cutlery etc. The apartment was on the ground floor and was nice and cool in one of the hottest times of the year and although the bedroom backed onto the main road, this was very quiet at night and had great blackout curtains too. I would stay again

Fabulous apartment in Falkirk
An exquisitely furnished apartment which was a real pleasure to stay at. I'll recommend this place to everyone I know looking to stay in Falkirk! Very well located with parking in the layby. Brilliant value for money.

Would love to stay again!
Was delighted to open the door and find this beautiful apartment. The only challenge was which bedroom to sleep in as both were wonderful. Great power shower, fab location and spotless. Had everything I needed an more for a business stay and enjoyed working from the kitchen island. Comfy beds, comfy sofa's. Gardens are also fab but due to weather did not get to enjoy. Cannot wait to come again - and did not want to leave.

Wonderful stay
Fantastic! Jamie was such a lovely host and made us feel so welcome. Large, modern apartment that had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very close (short walking distance) to shops, restaurants, grocery and the train. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Honestly, what a hidden gem. I stay in hotels usually in Falkirk, never again... check in was so easy it was effortless, apartment was warm and welcoming. I will be back... couldn't of been better.

Good but not great.
Very nice on the inside compared to out. The problem was the apartment was not clean. The freezer was filthy and the floors were not properly clean. Appliances etc are all high standard and the bed comfortable. If the room was clean I’d have changed from good to excellent.

Comfortable and well appointed
I have used the Carmel apartments a few times and will keep coming back. The apartments are very well appointed and spacious. The Netflix account is also a good positive! On this occasion I did notice that the sofas appeared to have a lot of crumbs and hair in the seams which was a bit unusual compared to normal level of cleanliness. But, the beds are very comfy, and I will definitely come back again

We stayed in Falkirk for 2 nights to attend the funeral of a close friend. The apartment was very conveniently located for the purpose of our trip. It contained everything we needed and the management team were extremely helpful when we arrived back without our key!

The apartment was okay but not as expected. Not very clean, toliet seat broken, coffee machine was not having any water filled, TV very close to the sofa (not a good viewing angle). I would not stay again.

Wonderful property.
Beautifully kept and private property. Excellent service- whatever you need they have no problem delivering. My one and only complaint would be that the mattress was not very comfortable. Besides that a great choice overall. Central to everything and very well set up.

Such a lovely place to stay. I was away with work for 3 nights and wanted a central place in Scotland so this was perfect. Everything went so smoothly. Easy instructions to get in. The apartment 172 was so well thought out. Lovely decor and very comfortable. Excellent nice touches like the toiletries and netflix. A brilliant all round place if you want to get away from the same old hotel routine. Falkirk may not be the best for culture etc but an excellent base. I will definitely be back. Also Sanam tandoori is ace for a curry.

We liked that is was so clean and had everything you needed. It was well stocked with some of tge things you coukd firget like salt pepper and washing liquid etc. The apartment was also close to shops and within walking distance to town ce tre.

Hidden Gem
Great base for enjoying the Falkirk and Stirling area. The street side of the building is unimpressive but the apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Amenities include Netflix. This apartment is convenient to a major shopping center and near the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel. We will stay longer next time that we are in the area.

Gorgeous apartment - good location and great host!
On arrival our host upgraded us to the most recently refurbished apartment, which was absolutely gorgeous (mind you, we were offered the choice - the apartment that was originally booked was nice as well and would have more than fulfilled our needs). We were nearing the end of our travels through Scotland with our 1,5 year old, and so were very glad to spend a few nights here to relax in a wonderful luxury environment. The apartment was straight out of a magazine, offered luxury amenities (including washing machine, full Netflix-package, ...) and was centrally located (outdoor shopping centre just a few minutes walk away). Parking free of charge in front of the apartments. Very friendly and hospitable host. Would recommend and stay again!

Fantastic accommodation
This is the highest quality accommodation we have ever stayed in. The bedding, the kitchen facilities and bathroom along with the loveliest complimentary toiletries made it a fabulous stay. The owners are super helpful and friendly providing us with safe luggage storage enabling us to have extra time in Falkirk. It’s also a few minutes walk from a large retail park and cinema. The Kelpies are a must do too and about 30 mins walk.

Very nice accommodation
I want to keep this to myself so it increases my chances of it being available next time I want to stay there :) The apartment is excellent. This is my second visit to the area, and my secons stay in the same apartment. It has almost everything you need, and is only a short walk/drive from Asda and Tesco for supplies. For me the location is excellent as it's only a couple of minutes drive from the office. There is no off-street parking, but plenty of on-street parking in the vicinity. Complimentary bottled water, and a couple of cans of Coke in the fridge, plus a selection of teas by Taylor's of Harrogate with a few pots of milk. Very comfortable. WiFi could be better, so I took my own WiFi with me. Netflix is also complimentary

Visiting from Canada with a 3yr old. The apartment was in a prime location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back on our next vacation to Scotland. Stayed for a week and didn't want to leave.
