Very misleading info. They offer a queen and King rooms but then what you get is dofferent. So basically queen bed is 2 single beds joined together..really misleading especially when offered in a room for a single person. They have two size of rooms but on the booking confirmation they dint mention the measurement of the room you are getting

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are large and very clean and had everything you needed. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. Highly recommend

We LOVED staying here! The hotel was cute and clean. The breakfast was included and was AMAZING! We appreciated the staff working with us on check in and check out time. The area is quite and safe, but so close to a walkable area of town with lots to do. Highly recommend!

The reception were very welcoming, professional and pleasant, room basic but very clean, it had all you need. Breakfast selection very varied was fantastic hot and cold buffet I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Godt hotel
Små rum, gode senge. Rengøringen er god, men meget virker lidt slidt, en gang maling vil gøre underværker. Fin morgenmad, men tørt og kedeligt brød trækker ned. Beliggenheden er i top, med 5 minutter til T-banen.

Absolutely amazing service. We arrived at 7am after a long train and they gave us early check in without question so we could get settled. The place was wonderful, breakfast was incredible with a chef who made us all smoothies. The hotel is in a wonderful area, would absolutely stay there again

Hyggelig og sentralt i Gamla Stan
Dette var mitt andre opphold på hotellet, som er et hyggelig og vennlig sted i Gamla stan. Det ligger ikke mange hundre meterne fra T-banestasjonen, og er dermed lett å komme til. Fra hotellet kan du enkelt spasere alle steder i gamlebyen - også ned til kaien der fergene til Djurgården med Skansen mm ligger. Det er litt trangt - både på rommene og i frokostsalen, men sengene er veldig gode og det er frokosten også. Jeg kommer til å ønske å bo her neste gang jeg besøker Stockholm også.

Kiva pieni hotelli hyvällä paikalla ja lähellä metroasemaa Vanhassa kaupungissa. Ystävällinen palvelu. Hotellihuone ja yleiset tilat olivat siistit. Hotelli oli hiljainen, mutta hotellihuoneeseen kuului etäisesti raidelikenteen ääniä. Hyvä aamiainen. Aikaisena lähtöaamuna saimme runsaan aamiaisen mukaamme.

Lovely place with great staff. Just be aware it is an old building so there is a limit to what they can offer in facilities compared to the other Scandic Hotels nearby.

There was hardly any heating in the room, so an electric heater was provided the next day. The phone also did not work for more than three days. But the staff and location were excellent. Also rich selection and variety at breakfast.

Dear Turgut, thank you for the feedback.We are sorry about the telephone. We have had technicians on sight , but they cant locate the problem unfurtunately. There arev 3 phones that are disconnected on the fourth floor. Heating may be regulated by the radiator by the window as there is only central heating available, but we keep some extra electric heaters for guests that feel that this is not enough.Great to hear about the breakfast.

This is my new favourite in Stockholm! An excellent location in the old town close to the metro station but still very quiet. Really good breakfast, too!

Great Stay. Bed was amazing, super cute room! Great location to walk everywhere! Modern features with old building charm and in great condition. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Chef was super nice! Staff at front desk too, we loved it!

Second time staying at Scandic Gamla Stan and wouldn't even look at another hotel when returning to Stockholm. Perfectly located, clean, INCREDIBLE breakfast and friendly staff. All I can say is thank you!
