습하고 냄새가 났어요.
갖출건 대체로 잘 비치되어 있어요. 에어컨은 소음을 내고 잘 돌아가고 있었지만, 습한 바닥과 냄새는 견디기 어려웠어요. 친절한 직원은 칭찬합니다.

This property shares a front desk with at least two other hotels. This makes for a cumbersome and lengthy checkout. Parking is cramped and can be difficult to navigate. The rooms are small, and definitely past their prime. The good news - it's super cheap. If you're in the Straits for a day or two and just need a place to grab a little sleep between activities, this can work.

The rooms were not dusted, we had a black widow with a nest in our room! Cobwebs in room over lights. The locks did not feel safe at all. The beds where very uncomfortable and not a lot of blankets and pillow options. Very dry room. Did not feel safe there. Not a lot of delivery options available or dining options around. Nothing wanted to deliver to these hotels. There was a piece of an old molded chicken nugget or something behind the bed. I wont be choosing those hotels again at least the Starlite Hotel! Ever!

Problems that need fixing
Internet was very very slow and it took about20 sec to change TV channel. Tub drain was very slow and after a 5 min shower there was 4ins of water in tub. Position of the drain lever made no difference. Plugs literally fell out of sink outlet. This is a fire hazard!! Hotel is old but was clean.

I am not happy that I got scammed out of a jacuzzi room because I brought my dog and ended up being charged the same for a king room there is nothing on the add for this listing saying you cant bring a dog to a jacuzzi room they charged me before I even got up there and it was supposed to be pay when you check in rooms are dated and the plug in for electrical is not very good no breakfast they give you coupon for buy one get one free there was pee stains in the room

The bathroom was small and the shower was made for people under 5'. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds but they were only doubles. Limited spaces to put clothes. Glad that there were at least 2 chairs in the room but they were extremely uncomfortable. We did not receive any housekeeping the 3 days that we were there but when we asked for more towels the staff was very accommodating. For the money it cost it was a nice enough place but we would not go back.

Rooms were clean and property was quiet. Facility is overdue for maintenance. Bathroom floor was covered wall to wall with one large piece of linoleum to cover warped wooden floor underneath . You could feel the dips and spacing between as you walked. Bathtub needs new sealant, and beds need new mattresses. A place to relax is why people rent rooms. These things made it uncomfortable. Staff was nice, convenient location, check in and out was easy.

Right out of the 50's. An upgrade would make this row of motels quiet quant and nostalgic. Over priced for the quality but cheapest for the area. Get what you pay for I guess. Pay the extra $50 a night and upgrade.

So dirty we slept with the bathroom towels instead of blankets. The check in and out took way more time than it should have, at least a half hour total. A cockroach the size of my palm was walking outside the door. There was a hole in the bottle of the door for bugs to crawl in and out of.

I thought the property was not in the greatest condition for the price. It was definitely dated, as the wallpaper was peeling, there was a weak sunken spot in the floor next to the tub, and the deadbolt was broken. We could still lock the door, but didnt feel the safest with the lock. We had to go to a different hotel to check in and out, which was an inconvenience after a long full day. The room was clean for the most part, but not worth the price we paid. The staff was very friendly, which I appreciated.

I have a couple of complaints. I am not sure if it is a problem with Expedia or the hotel itself. Although the location does say it is pet friendly, the listing does lack to say there is an additional charge per pet and per night basis. This was an expense I was not expecting to pay for when I already pre-paid. The motel is managed by sister properties next door. The location we stayed at had an outdoor pool that was not heated. If we wanted to use an indoor pool, then we would need to walk next door to use the pool there. Verbage in the listing is misleading. I booked a two-room with two double-bed suite. What I really got was a two-room suite with a double bed in each room. I thought I was actually getting two rooms that had two double beds in each room. Made two grown siblings of the opposite sex upset to have to share the same bed.

Sketchy hotel for the price. We were exhausted from a long travel day and a herd of elephants stayed in the room above us. Our room smelled awful. Couldn’t get the window open for air. No hair dryer. Carpet and trim were really dirty. The bed must have a plastic liner under the sheet because though it was comfortable it was disgustingly hot all night. Not coming back here!

the front desk was very nice upon check in. the room not so much, smelled musty, dark , dingy. they did put me in another room that was $35.oo cheaper and offered no credit to my account. overall i would never return here or to this town. everyone in town had an attitude, nobody smiles around here, they all are just out to rake in money as fast as they can and to hell with everyone else. this was our first time in town, i have no idea why so many people would flock to this place when there are so many great places with nice people to serve you on the north side of the bridge in the upper pennisula.

We were told there were phones in the rooms. Not true! We were given a wi-fi password that didn't work even after I called the "office" on my cellphone. There seemed to be three motels in different lots. The office in the first hotel served all three motels--strange. No one to go to on our 'motel.' From online photo--I had no idea it was so bad

Older property but clean. You must go to another hotel to check in, and it took awhile to find our reservation. Outdoor pool was not working. But, what i was most disappointed in was that during our week stay, no one came to even empty garbages, or change out towels.
