Good to stay
호텔 위치가 좋았고 통나무집 분위기가 괜찮았다.다만 숙박객에 비해 좁은 브랙퍼스트룸이라 아침식사시간에 너무 붐벼 정신이 없었다.

A few shortcomings
Well were to start.... the front desk registered other people to our room and as we were sitting in there some other couple came walking in. There was a hole in the wall.... dodnt seem like there was any sound proofing in the room anywhere we could listen to conversations in the next room and had to listen to the washer in the laundry room next door anytime it went into spin mode. I will say the beds were clean and comfy.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean! The house keepers take good care of the inner & outter grounds!! Good job staff! Our family stayed 2 nights and loved it. You could walk across the street to the park and see a great view to the bridge.

Bathroom needs an overhaul
The toliet would run constantly after use. Unless you spent 10 minutes jiggling the handle. The shower/tub wouldn’t drain adequately. So you would be in standing water by the end of the shower.

The service office worker the lady had bad attitude to us. Rude. Not like that. So we not come back again till she fired or gone or quit.

The view of the mackinaw bridge, it beautiful the lakes beachfront this is a place to be if your looking to relax Bridgeview maybe old it could use some remodeling, but otherwise wonderful place to be.

It was dirty, the sheets had holes in them and there were things left on the ground. Dust galore. There’s a window in the side bedroom that you can look out and see garbage. There was a hole in the bathroom flooring. The lights are very dim.

The furniture was very rustic and beautiful, bathroom is ok the sink is outside of the actual bathroom, housekeeping was rude , but lady at the desk was nice, scenery was beautiful, it was clean , limited dining , they have cheap granola bars for their bonus breakfast, other than that it was ok !

Hotel was great clean good amenities the only bad thing is it has one elevator for the whole place we asked for towels because we stayed more one day so they didn't bring towels down every day but other than that was a great place to stay good views good area I will come back again

Not the best stay
It is an older hotel attempting to be revamped. The room configuration was inconvenient, and there were not enough outlets. The smell of disinfectants was so strong we almost did not stay and our puppy kept coughing. The outside doors did not lock for nighttime safety. Even the door to the pool did not lock. Any child (or teenager) could get in at night and swim. Bed was very uncomfortable. The employees were very nice and did their best.

Good choice.
The room was large and had a working refrigerator. AC was quiet. Nice chairs to sit in. Great location for walking. Helpful staff.

I dont normally complain much on 1 night stays but this hotel is getting run down with no signs of attempted improvements. The walls had water damage it smelled and everythig was dirty looking.

The website stated it was beachfront. It was not beachfront. The check-in staff was rather rude. The room was very spacious and did have a view of the beach.......from across the road.

Not a bad hotel, but not exceptional either. Rooms are large. Location is good. Clean. They really need to post that there’s no breakfast. They provide Quaker chewy granola bars as the breakfast item. Weak. It’s time to return to giving service, not excuses.

This was the worst hotel room I have ever had. The first room they gave me was dirty, the floor in the bathroom was coming up and it was unsafe and noisy. I thought it was law that you had two egress places? This had the door only and looked like a converted closet. Gave me another room that was unclean and had a previous tenants dirty socks in a corner. Do not stay here.

A shabby property operating under a quality name. I was initially charmed by the log cabin-like outside decor but the room was in need of some repair, especially in the bathroom. The young man at the front desk was very helpful however when I returned and there was a different person, a young lady, she was brusque and slow to respond to my request to refill the coffee that is available 24/7. I ended up leaving and getting excellent coffee at the Pancake Chef restaurant near the Mackinac Island Ferry Line. Sidenote: Mackinac Island is SOOO overrated. Way too commercial. Besides the carriage ride and visiting the historic Fort Museum, there is nothing to do beyond shopping. Not what I had hoped for,

The location near the bridge and town is great. Housekeeping MUST pay attention to & eliminate SPIDERS!! We killed at least 6 in our room upon entry.

First off we booked a suite that was said to be 2 bedroom. We received a bedroom with king bed and a common area with a pull out couch. The clerk blamed it on hotels.com. Offered then a 2 bedroom suite at more money. We stayed with the first room. Pulled out the sofa couch to find a key fob in the cushions which we returned to the office. The TV in the sitting room did not work. Two of the electrical outlets would had intermittent power which I also explained to the clerk. We paid 25.00 for our pet during check in. We later found a pack of gum under the pull out that luckily our dog did not find. It has a sweetener in it that would poison a dog. I paid to have a clean room, not to take a chance to have the family dog killed. I checked out in the morning and explained my concerns to the clerk, and all I get was a non eye contact I’m sorry sir. We are very disappointed in this location and will not use it in the future.

Room was nicely furnished, large, and clean. However, I asked for a room in a quiet location, specifically mentioning not near the elevator or vending machines. Desk clerk did not even acknowledge my request. And our room was at the end of the hall, two doors from the elevator and vending machines, and above the laundry room. I heard machines running from 11:30 -5:00am, sounded like an airplane engine.
