Incredible caring hosts, awesome breakfasts, friendly, very clean, good parking, close to Charlottetown, well equipped kitchen, I would highly recommend this property when staying in Charlottetown.

Excellent hot Breakfast. Nice clean Bedroom and Bathroom. Fridge are fully stocked and choices of Coffee. Reasonable Price and Owner make us feel like home. Good location, 2km to Downtown Charlottetown Center. Highly recommend.

The hosts were very friendly we felt like it was our home away from home. The accommodations were very cozy,clean, bright and cheerful! The breakfasts every day were delicious and beautifully presented! All in all most enjoyable and memorable! We would highly recommend!

Serendib B&B
It was a great stay, our host was helpful and she made us felt at home. The only drawback was the TV in our room was quite small and also the screen when it was turned on didn't fill up to the rim of the TV, so it was difficult to watch. It may help as well to move the sofa closer to the TV(i.e. to the other side of the room). There was however a much larger TV in the common area just outside the room, and it was decorated really nicely. There was also a kitchen, well equipped and well stocked. All in all it was worth the money spent. I will definitely go back to stay there.

Wonderful stay
The hosts are very nice, room is very clean and neat. We stayed for 6 nights. Kamal made exceptional good breakfast, we enjoyed our stay very much and come again next time!

Very good stay close to downtown
The room we stayed was super cozy and comfortable. The location was convenient (just a few minutes driving from downtown). Breakfast was amazing.

Very clean and comfortable.
Spent two nights here and it was very comfortable and very clean. The host and his wife were excellent hosts and provided a very tasty breakfast each morning. The rooms are in the basement but you really don't even notice. The location is not great but you are only a few mins drive from Charlottetown. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience in B&B
It was great to stay! Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The owner prepared great food for us. Moreover the owner was very friendly. I will give this stay as 5 stars(*) or 10 of 10. This was my first time to stay at B&B.

A friendly comfortable home away from home!
I can not say enough good things about this B&B. The owners Kamal & Thushani are incredibly welcoming and kind and work hard to make sure your stay is very pleasant. The facilities are very well maintained and appear recently renovated. The rooms are cozy and warm, comfortably furnished with great beds. There is a common dining room, livingroom and kitchenette also for your use. The B&B is conveniently located in Stratford, just a few minutes drive to downtown Charlottetown. This was my second stay and I look forward to my next! Thank you Kamal and Thushani!

A hidden gem
Our hosts were gracious and the breakfast was excellent. There was a kitchenette in the common area that was well stocked with coffee maker and bottled water. The rate for the night was very reasonable. The house is modern and is only a short drive to downtown Charlottetown.

Serendib was amazing
We were a little startled by the outside of the residence but once we stepped inside we were in a different world. Everything was amazing and the chef outdid himself. We would highly recommend this place

Ask for the basement
Kamal and his wife are sweet, lovely hosts, eager to please and accommodate their guests. Upon arrival, the house is unassuming, nothing more than an ordinary suburban home. But we were quickly greeted and shown to their basement, which is beautifully modified to accommodate their B&B guests. There are 2 guests rooms, a kitchen, a common living room with a TV, a common eating area as well as an exercise room. The basement is cool, quiet and modern. BUT... We were not staying there. We were escorted to the home's master bedroom, which has been made into another guest room. The bed is clean and comfortable, and includes a coffee maker and microwave and such, but it's not as private as downstairs. Nor is it as cool . We needed to keep the windows open, but then we heard the noise from the busy road. We also could hear the family doing their everyday business, and we had to walk through their kitchen and family room to get to the basement go eat with the other guests. Sure, the room has a private bathroom, but it is straight out of the 70s and needs updating. Kamal is a chef, so the breakfasts were great! He also can recommend many great places to eat in town, for the foodies' pleasure! The location is great, other than being on a busy road - it's close to town, and close to highway interchanges to take you to all parts of the island. We were not overly impressed with being upstairs in their home, and our experience would have been totally different had we been offered one o

The breakfasts were excellent and the room was very nice and the whole facility was very clean. And there was extra food and drinks in the room that were not even expected. Very nice couple and well behaved kids.

Book it - you won't be sorry.
Highly Recommended! I can't say enough great things about this place. The family that runs this is incredibly nice and really go the extra mile to make sure their guests are happy and comfortable. Unit is very clean, lots of room to relax, spacious private bath, and beds are very comfortable. The food is excellent. After a week on the road it was nice to stay somewhere that really felt like home. This was just a 1 night stay for us on a long road trip, but it would also be a great choice for a longer stay.

What do you get when you take a chef, with a degree and experience in hospitality management and he opens a BnB? You get the best BnB around! I've traveled the world and can honestly say that THIS place, Serendib, surpasses top hosts and BnB's around the world. You'll enjoy a well decorated common living area with flat screen tv, a gorgeously set table - ready for breakfast; your own private queen room and private bath; a kitchen area with coffees, teas, cereals, and fridge stocked with basics. In the morning, you'll be served a fabulous breakfast. But the best part is that after a couple of days, you will find that Kamal is no longer your host but your friend as well. Extremely clean. Every need you may have will be proactively taken care of. Toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, hairdryer, razor, etc. Do not look any further! Book now.
