Many thanks for your lovely words. Great care is always needed when driving , although I get your point. This 17th Century Village was built when the form of transport was Horses. We are unique as the only Painswick B&B to have our own car park. it could have been much worse. We are proud of our hospitality , and it isn't difficult. We have the best guests in the world.

Hi Mary-Ann It was a pleasure to meet you. You were clearly upset when you arrived which resulted in an accident causing damage to your car and my garage. You left very early (5.20am ) without breakfast. I have the photos if you would like to make an insurance claim. Hi , thank you for your encouraging comments, following your comments about tea and coffee in the room we have been thinking where we can put it without causing you to bang you head. So far nothing, so if you'd like an early cuppa, just let us know the night before ( note on dining room table) and it shall appear when you want it, on a little stool outside your room! please come back and . reduced fee for professional consultancy...??

The children were staying too and did what children do, it doesn't suit everybody. I think I must have had a night off that night and apologise for the tv's!!, murphys law!! it won't happen again thank you for you comments , if i go out now I check the tvs are working first very helpful.do come back and check...

What can I say?, I'm so pleased you enjoyed your stay...

I can live with 5 out of 5 ... makes the heart feel good. Last night I had 2 electricians staying who played with the temperature settings so that we were at threat of having no hot water, great fun??? unfortunately if your reading this the problem never happened, but thanks for your input, very caring ,bright sparks !! unusual , my experience is that they lighten the place up..

We have just increased the size of the car park to accommodate 12 vehicles, something which my fellow B&B hosts in the village are very envious of (couldnt resist) Walkers however are still very welcome, as this countryside would be wasted without you!

You gave it away with the date and the balcony , you can't hide Doc. Great to meet you your wife and your daughter. I hope you go back to Tampa with great memories.

I believe that most of the time you get what you deserve in life , and you deserve the best...

Her name is janina. the studio apartment was and always has been very clean. it is painted at least twice every year and looked after... Booking problems are very rare and I don't recall yours which is strange, but if you'd like to get in touch I will do what I can to get to the bottom of your problem
