침대옆에 힛팅이 있어서 새벽에 추워서 히팅을 켜면 너무 건조해서 답답하고 켜지않으면 넘 춥고.... 암튼 히팅을 하지않으면 새벽에 많이 추워서 고생했어요 나머지는 휼륭한 숙박이었습니다

Lots of noise... little kids crying and yelling. Adult voices. Kids in parking lot, not seemingly understanding that cars are dangerous... the room was not cleaned as expected, cobwebs, stuff on bathroom wall. Bed was excellent.

Worst experience we’ve ever had traveling!
Unbelievably bad stay, we will never stay at a Super 8 again. It was filled with loud immigrants living there. We were unable to sleep due to the constant noice and the front desk manager was no help, he actually yelled at us when we called for a second time to complain. Very very bad experience!

Some good, some bad.
The room was somewhat run down with old furnishings and torn wallpaper. The walls and ceiling in the bathroom had mildew. The shower door didn't stay closed. No hooks in the bathroom to hang up your things. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was great and it was clean. The pool was not blue like the photo. The water was yellow green. The bed mattress was nice and firm and the bedding was very clean. Overall, not horrible, but not what one would expect for over $1000 for a 3-day stay.

Everything was great!! The clerk was very personable and the room and bathroom was clean. The only small thing I would mention is the cobwebs in the extremely high corners of the ceiling. That's it other than that everything was great!!?

That this place was going to be good given the rating in comparison to other places in the area. But when we got to the room there were stains on the carpeting and on the chair. The room smelled and we couldn’t sleep do to the condition. We had planned to stay to nights and paid $385 since there was a 2 night minimum. They said breakfast was included but it wasn’t really. My wife and I left after the first night disgusted. For almost $200 a night I would expect more.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very clean. All the staff I had contact with were very helpful. I requested a downstairs room and got one even though my reservation was the night before we arrived. I have stayed here often and always very comfortable.

Good location for travel on Rt 20. Need better entrance marking when coming east on Rt 20. When it’s dark it’s hard to see. Room was good, comfortable bed. Pool area needs some cleaning up. Lots of cigarette butts on the property. All and all a good one night stay.

The ceiling ws leaking brown water into our shower. Not just. Little leak but raining water into our bathroom the first night. I was reassured it was fixed but they only replaced the ceiling tile and the same ensued the 2nd night. Stains I n bed skirt and visible dirt long baseboards in room. Many migrants seem to be living here which is fine except there were about 15 drink mexicans at the pool and various arguments throughout the day. Another customer had their vehicle backed into while we were there. There were people grilling in the yard. The breakfast is very minimal and after seeing the kitchen wouldn't eat there. Was not a good location to stay with kids.

Still a great plave to stay
I have stayed here in the past srveral times an Again now , the rooms are large an clean , an the beds are Wonderful ( pillows an blankets too ) I always sleep well here ..my pnly disappointment this time is ..they reduced the breafast items offered , an during my visit the juice machine was out of order an none was offered by other means ( i do not drink coffe an tea )an the Hot items were no longer offered ( eggs an sausage as in the past ) but there were 3 yogurt cups when i arrived at 7am to get something to eat an several fresh bananas . I also saw toaster waffles, muffins an apples.

Had the accessibility room. Was the best one ever been in. Breakfast ends early, so wasn't expecting that, but we were accomodated anyway, which was very much appreciated. Would stay again.

Get a large lake view room
As the Sturbridge motels go, it’s one of the best but it’s deceiving from the outside. The room interiors were redone a few years ago and are great, even though the outside looks like an old time roadside motel. Spend a little extra and get one of the large king rooms overlooking the lake. Surprisingly big and nice for this type of accommodation

The room wasn't clean the comforter had stains on it. We had black carpenter ants in our room. We had to park far away from are door, our door was located under the stairs. They charged me 27.50 for my 10 lb. blind dog. The rooms that were so called pet friendly should be equipped with paper towels in case of accidents. The checkout is 11:00am.they knocked on the door to clean the room at 10:00am. Not a very pleasant stay.
