Surprisingly good
We had quite low expectations of this, staying here on the way to Chiang Mai allowing us to visit sukhothai. The hotel surprised us though and was a clean and well kept hotel, definately worth the money. Whether we were just lucky with it being loy krathong, but the night market on the other side of the bridge was excellent. Cheapest open air 1hr massage ever, at 130baht. Would definately recommend as a stop off on the train to chiang mai, when the street market is on. BTW, a taxi to the ruins at Sukhothai was about 700baht on the meter. A round trip, with the taxi driver waiting 3Hrs to come back was 1600baht.

Lovely room clean comfortable great breakfast. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Helped us with all kinds of attractions for us to visit.

Loved that high standards of cleanliness and neatness were observed. Comfortable bed. We had a river view which we liked. We liked the location, convenient for a walk along the river path, close to the night bazaar, close to a topnotch restaurant, and easy walk to the train station.

Ideal para visitar templos Pitsunaloc y Shukothai
Hotel con buena ubicación desde donde puede accederse andando al mercado nocturno y a unos 20 minutos andando a los principales pagodas. Para acceder a Sukhothai existe buena comunicación con bus cada hora, Desde la estación de bus de Sukhothai New existe transporte publico hasta la ciudad histórica (1 h ) En total 2h y media para ir. Para nosotros ha sido un acierto alojarnos en Phitsunaloc El desayuno es correcto sin ser extraordinario. Las instalaciones algo anticuadas, pero es la mejor opción en esta ciudad

in general nice. Breakfast could be more suitable for pescatarians too. Too much processed meat and chopped meat. The television signal very poor. What about internet TV?

Hotel has turned around from ordinary to excellent
While having diner we got hit by a severe thunderstorm and all the lights went out. Emergency lights and staff came into play. Then the fun started. All the customers had a party you wouldn't believe. Best night I've had for ages. Well done to all including the DJ Tossapon.

Grand Riverside nice comfortable
The GR room and bathroom were clean and large. The staff friendly and efficient with good English. The hotel is just 100m from the Nan river with easy access to the centre and places of interest. The lift , shower, lighting, frig, tv all operated well with good cupboard space, a desk and chairs. The buffet breakfast is excellent the diner menu is also very good. I can recommend the GR hotel it is good value and situated in a quiet area with a large car park.

川沿いの見晴らしのいいホテル
　鉄道駅から徒歩で10～15分。駅方向から直進し、橋を渡ってナレースワン通りから左折してホテルに入るのだが、入り口がややわかりにくく、川沿いの道に入ってしまったり、ホテル入り口手前で曲がり隣の敷地に入る車がある。 　ホテルは川沿い橋のそばなので見晴らしがそこそこよい。室内は清潔で、静か。室内にセーフティボックスも設置されている。朝食もまあまあおいしい。 　ただし、ホテルからの交通がやや不便。もっとも交通の問題は、ピッサヌローク市全般に言えること。駅周辺やバスターミナル周辺を除き、流しのタクシーなどを捕まえるのが難しい。タクシーを利用する際には、ホテルフロントに頼んで、電話でタクシーを呼んでもらうのが最も確実（タクシーに20バーツくらいの追加料金が付くが、ホテルへの支払いはない）。

Not a bad place.
Central to town but there is nothing nearby. Room is ok and clean. No pool, spa or gym which is advertised on some websites. Breakfast was fine. It's a bit tired and seems to be run on a shoestring. Maybe a bit expensive for what it is.

Convenient and clean hotel
Good mid-range hotel in Phitsanulok. I chose this hotel over the hotel in the convention center due to reviews about the disco on the 4th floor of the hotel. This hotel is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Mostly Thai business people and small groups of Thai tourists stay at the hotel. There is a 7/11 and several restaurants nearby and if interested in walking several kilometers then the hotel is accessible to most everything or transport is required. Bed was quite firm, pillows and linens high quality, room had a mini fridge. Didn't try the TV. Breakfast buffet was nice but looked pretty picked over by 7:45AM -so maybe go there early.

- Old room, refurbished/renewed (low budget e.g. painted tiles in the bathroom) - AC old and musty - Toiletries etc are only produced for the new resort somewhere else in Phitsanulok, but also used here + Breakfast (including western dishes) was good - Phitsanulok is not that great, the night markets are a joke (don't trust Lonely Planet in this case)

Great hotel good value for money we booked a deluxe room but changed te superior as deluxe rooms are next to lifts superior are just as good breakfast very good. staff fantastic. Ideal for visiting Sukhothai by bus 0900 direct from bus station return 1430 arrived by bus from phrae well worth a visit stayed at Come Moon Loft. Next train to lop buri. Train very efficient

Fin dall'ingresso si percepisce di essere in in grande albergo. Grande atrio reception a doppia altezza: imponente. Bella zona ristorante/breakfast. Tutti i servizi adeguati. Servizio in camera fino a tardi. L'unica pecca è il bagno un po' datato. Doccia nella vasca con tenda. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ins nächste EKZ kommt man für 60,- THB per Taxi,seven ist ums Eck. Prima Thairestaurants findet man auf der anderen Flußseite vom Hotel aus,Taxi.Die Neugestaltung der Hotelzufahrt wird den positiven Gesamteindruck noch stärken.Freundliches Personal und ein ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet erwarten den Gast.

Chique ogend hotel maar de kamers zijn verouderd.
De lobby is erg mooi, snel onthaal. De kamer is groot en lijkt OK. Ons bovenlaken bevatte vieze vlekken. De kamerelektriciteit is te bedienen vanuit een centrale console maar de helft van de knoppen werkt niet.De douche is met de beste wil van de wereld niet te gebruiken zonder dat de badkamer onder water loopt. Het ontbijt was wel prima. Ligging is ook OK, vlakbij de nacht markt. Was goed voor een tussenstop maar kijk volgende keer toch uit naar iets beters.
