Great place to stay
The check in was easy and the condo was pretty nice! A little outdated but clean. The only issue I had was a window in the living room was broken. Could be a safety concern. Other than that, everything was comfortable. We loved the creek running through the backyard area.

Short distance to slopes bu car but property needs updates and cleaning.

Trappers Crossing Condos
Property was very nice and in good condition for the most part. There were some minor defects like one blind was broken but that window overlooked the forest so no problem. Bathrooms could use a like more detail when it comes to cleaning in regards to hair of previous people on floor, walls and in tub. Beautiful location, quiet and well located for skiing.

Nice condo.
The condo it self was great. The price was a little high. The heater in the master bedroom didn’t work and the hot water was barely warm. To cold to shower with. Didn’t arrive until 930 pm do to late to wait and have anything looked at. I’m sure these where simple things that will not be a problem next time. I would stay again.

Wonderful and peaceful location. Great customer service and lovely condo overall. Great for a family get away. Lots of trails of nearby.

Everything was great except for no air conditioning & it was extremely hot. They did bring us a fan but it was still hot.

Trappers Crossing is gorgeous
Trappers Crossing was amazing! Condo was gorgeous! The WiFi never worked but we didn’t really need it that much.

Our stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed! The living room and kitchen are huge which made our stay very comfortable!

The check in process / check out process was super easy. They have a very flexible early check in and late checkout policy as well.

It was a great experience! The room was clean, and well equipped! They resort has a free shuttle that takes wherever you have to go for free. Great experience! Would recommend!

Nicely decorated and maintained, and beautiful setting for a condo complex. I little expensive, but that was likely because we stayed over Easter weekend.

East side condos / Trappers Crossing
Xmas ski trip to Keystone, probably my 4th trip there. I Love the fact that the shuttle bus runs 3x an hour and stops less than 100 feet from the door. Also love that there is always a kitchen stocked w all the utensils needed to cook. We bring a cooler and make breakfasts and dinners. You can certainly spend more for a condo in Keystone and on my opinion these condos are probably the best value for a family ski vacation.

Weekend get away
Stayed for a snowboard weekend get away with friends. We enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful and very quiet. One of the window blinds was broken and called the main office to get it fixed but nobody showed up. Other than that it was nice.

Super Value
The only problem was the address for the facility was wrong in Hotels.com, so we spent 20 minutes trying to figure out where to go. The Condominium check in people were very helpful. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal! I was so impressed by the comfort of the furniture, the peacefulness of the location, the great view, and proximity to incredible skiing. I could have spent much more time there!

Enjoyed the stay. Room was nice. Not exactly what I saw on the website as far as what I thought I was getting. My reservation confirmation was for a two bedroom condo, which is what the pictures on the website showed and the room info stated. We got a one bedroom with a pull out couch. Had there been more than just me and my wife, we would have had a problem. Not what the website pictures showed.

great lodging but not ski-in and ski-out
great lodging, but not ski-in/ski-out. they do run a shuttle every 20 minutes to river run which is nice but our kids had to go to the other side of the mountain for the easy slopes. tip for families with begineer skiiers - stay on west side of keystone.

East keystone
We requested two king beds, condo had queen beds and condo had a strong cleaning chemical smell. Keystone Resorts went above and beyond to change accommodations for us and they made our stay very enjoyable. I would be very cautious in using Orbitz for future rentals.
