This was the biggest rip off of all time. Filthy. Poor condition. Things did not work properly and everything was cheap. This was my first and only use of hotels.com. What a scam

Carpet was in dire need of professional cleaning or replacement. Several light bulbs were burnt out and did not work. Unit was clean and well kept otherwise.

Dirty condo available for rent
Great location and nice property. The first thing you notice when you walk in are the filthy and stained carpets. Next, the large hairball on the shower wall(picture available upon request) and then the toilet AND shower had to be plunged....plunger thankfully included in the rental.

Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dry, fireplace, coffee maker. Only negatives - kitchen tile with large chip & check-in procedure was not clearly mentioned nor was there any sign on the property letting you know where to go to check-in.

Perfect location. Ski lift is right outside lobby. You can also rent equipment right next door. Another great service is you can get a shuttle to anywhere in town. Our group prob saved $60 in what we normally would Uber. A bit pricey area, but you get what you pay for considering the area and services

Too hot /given noisy fans broken chairs / got ill
We loved Breckenridge. It is the perfect White Christmas town. However, we as a family spent 4 nights sweating in our place since heater was controlled at 81* and we were given noisy fans to keep it cool or told to crack the windows. It was extremely hot and we were all feeling nauseated and cranky from lack of sleep. My children took two showers per night just to cool off. The service at the front desk was very friendly however no one ever came to fix the heating and that’s due to it being set and controlled. We asked our neighboring tenants and they also said it was way too hot to sleep. The dining table had 3 chairs and one was broken, leaving only two of us to sit and eat. I feel that we paid in advance for a place that we should have rented elsewhere for less . $1400 to be exact . I have not received a call back as I was told to recover half my funds. I Am posting this to let other families know because we ended up sick at a clinic. Too hot and drinking tons of water wasn’t enough. Please check real reviews not the ones posted from the company.

Our Condo was very clean and comfortable. Shuttle service was great, never waited longer than 10 minutes to be picked up and was dropped off where ever we wanted.

Exceptional
Fantastic condo location and property. Our back balcony overlooked the snow covered peaks and a babbling creek which put us to sleep every evening. The condo was superb inside and out and was very comfortable. the location is convenient to everything in Breckenridge. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Wyndam for a job well done.

Great experience checking in.Girl was so nice. Bad experience checking out. Do not understand why you would only have 1 person checking people in and out and checkout time. Waitied in line for 15 minutes. Never acnolidged. One lady came out made eye contact the ran back inside her office. Very rude. Dropped keys on counter and left. Not a very good feeling when I left.

Sticklers for check-in and check-out times. Arrived around 1:00 PM, they said someone had stayed in our room the night before, said the room should be ready soon. Provided two hour free parking, but still didn't get into the room until 4:00 (published check-in time). Otherwise our stay was enjoyable.

Real nice condo and one of hundreds managed by Wyndham resorts. When you check in, ask about the different room choices to get one with a view etc. Enclosed parking under condos. One negative is that Wyndham adds $10.87 to your bill and that doesn't show when you book on Hotels.com. Plus the taxes of course. But this is a very nice condo and worth a lot more that the discounted price we paid!!! Located a ways up the hill from mainstreet where everything is located but it is walkable if you are half-way fit. Otherwise there is a free shuttle bus that is easy to call ! Hiking trail right outside too.

Awesome place to stay.
We loved the condo. Be sure to call for the address to pick up the key at, it's at another location. Underground parking is great and safe. The condo is very close to downtown. Very clean and comfortable bed.

Great condo, some of the staff could be less rude.
We arrived at 3:15 because we had a wedding at 4. Check in is at 4, which is very inconvenient and I tried to get an earlier check in but was told just to show and maybe the room would be ready. It wasn't so we had to get ready in the fitness room and the staff that helped us seemed very annoyed by my very presence. Otherwise the accommodation was good, the shower in the master didn't work, but other than that we were happy.

Very comfortable place to stay
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Riverbend and will definitely stay there when we return to Breck. Our room had a nice kitchen. We had plenty of storage for our week's stay. We loved that the windows all had screens so we had our windows opened all the time. Our bed was comfortable. The living room had a couch, chair and tv. We also appreciated the covered parking.

Excellent!
I was pleasantly surprised by River Bend. The property includes indoor parking and is a short walk to Main Street or a chairlift. It is a well keep property I've been in Breck many times and River Bend is now my favorite place to stay. The free shuttle to and from anywhere in town was a plus.

Great Getaway
Great location, just a short walk into town. Was really nice to open up the windows and hear the nearby river. Condo was very clean and front desk (at offsite location) was very friendly.

Need some more information to find the reception
We had a large one-room unit with a full kitchen. Although furnishing is a bit outdated, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. But it took us some time to get to the room. I did check the reviews and learned that we had to check in at a separate location which is actually stated in the confirmation we got. The GPS brought us to the complex where Wyndham Vacation Rentals is located, however it still took us some time walking around the complex to locate it. It would have been much easier if the confirmation said that it's next to the Hilton Hotel. The reception should also mention that parking is indoor and can be accessed from the bar dangling in the middle of a double garage door using the room card.

Unit was very nice and convenient to lift. However, Hotel.com should have given some details as to how to check in. The desk for check in was a few miles away from unit and it took several calls and some driving around before I secured keys for the accommodation

Opening ski season with ski in/out
Ski in/out to snowflake lift steps from the back entrance. Heated garage was a nice plus. Heated bathroom floors. Room was quite warm even when thermostat was turned all the way down. At one point I had to turn it off and open the door to the balcony (it was 8 deg F outside this particular weekend) to cool it off. Fire place delivers a lot of dry heat. I had a rental car but probably didn't need one. walking distance to center of town and Wyndham provides a shuttle throughout the day.

Nice Condo
The condo was a 2 bedroom/2bathroom, full kitchen, very clean and nice. We were told each bedroom had a full size bed, the second bedroom had 2 twin beds, we were fine, but full size would have been nicer.

Riverbend in breck.
Our unit was a condo. Perfect for our trip. Full kitchen with kitchenware. Fireplace in unit and hot tub right outside our door. We had parking in private garage, which was nice because we had a semi secure pickup bed with belongings stored. Everything was perfect! :)

Great Ski Trip
This was a great 2 bedroom condo. True ski-in and ski-out. Heated garage was great. Hot tub did not always heat up properly and was not really clean. Couch cushion had rips, worn.

Perfect for experienced skiiers/snowboarders
Located right next to the Snowflake lift. From the top of the lif you can ski down to access most of Breckenridge's ski lifts and trails. You can ride down 4 o'clock run and exit right across the street from the lodge. If you are not experienced we found the shuttle service and drivers excellent and could shuttle to the points of ski lessons. Call ahead with plenty of time though during the a.m. rush to the hills and p.m. heading out to supper times. We parked the car and left it for the week. Consider forgoing the car rental and take an airport shuttle. Check-in was awkward as we were not informed that the check-in location was down the street a few blocks from the lodge. Also note, it is located on 4 o'clock Rd.not 4 o'clock Run Rd which is a residential area with a very steep, slippery hill upon which we got stuck briefly (beautiful homes there, worth a little drive through in better road conditions). Our view was disappointing as our window faced the walkway between two buildings and looked across to others' doorways. If angled properly we could see out the end of the walkway to the snow and the trees. Despite that we felt we had privacy and comfort in our room. We never saw the staff in our building, showed up once during our week stay to make up the bed and provide fresth towels; loved that as it felt like we were in our home doing our own thing. Very glad to have humidifiers provided in the room as the air is so dry.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, extremely clean condo but the location of this particular condo unit on the ground floor of the building was very, very disappointing. No mountain view at all and that is what Breckenridge is all about.

Not bad for a condo
We booked this room for Octoberfest in Breckenridge CO. When booking condo's please read your paperwork, and don't be like me. I got lucky and one of the grounds staff told me I had to check in at a different location. Not sure if I will be doing that again. Once checked in, the room is nice. My wife smokes, so she went out on the small balcony. No chairs. Had to take chairs in and out. That is a pain. Even if I was not a smoker, still a pain. Make sure you read again about the bedroom. When you are used to a king sized bed, a double just does not cut it. I would have been better off sleeping the couch's hideaway bed!. And the room was on the smallish side. When you have to scoot past things, that is a pain. I realize this is a skiiers condo. Like a bedroom on a cruise ship, you are not going to spend much time here. I know I won't. Overall, it was clean and crisp. No funky smells. And I will not be booking this again, even though the price was right.

The location was great - less than half a mile from downtown, but also right at the snowflake lift. This was summer so we didn't need the lift, but the trails were right there. It was a one bedroom condo for $145 a night including taxes, which is pretty good for Breck. Some of the furniture was a little large for the space, but the space was good itself and the kitchen had everything. This particular room had subbed a lousy directTV in the family room for the regular cable (which was still in the bedroom) - the cable worked fine and the dish didn't. Would probably be great for winter but probably more expensive. Could fit a family of four if the kids are young enough and can sleep on the same pullout.

Worked great for us
Didn't have enough room where I was staying for my parents, too, who are in their 90's. Riverbend condos had an elevator and parking garage, with luggage carriers as you would find in a hotel. The spacious one-bedroom unit also had a large bathroom. The living room was also large and attractive with fireplace. The only disappointment was that there was a rather spacious balcony but no furniture on it. Too bad, because it is a wooded view with active wildlife outside. They saw a fox their last morning! I will rent again when my sister arrives.
