We do advertise as a walk up Belinda and all our apartments overlook the gardens and pool with the exception of the Rooftop apartments. Double power points are on either side of the bed in the main bedroom and 1 double power point in the 2nd bedroom.

Dissapointing to hear you were unhappy with your stay and said nothing on departure Gina. The underground parking is steep as most is with most people managing it easily. Your remote going flat can and will happen as it is powered by a small button button but it did not take 24hr to contact me as we live on site and I changed it as soon as you told me. We are a walk up and make no secret of it and the heels may have been harder but they can come off. The are other properties around but are not as affordable as us wich is why you didnt book with them and can next time...

Hi Gary, Sorry to see by this review you were a little dissapointed and did not say anything while you were here. Yes the AC is in the Bedrooms and large enough to cool the entire apaartment along with ceiling fans. In response to reception hours closing at 5pm this information is automatically generated instantly on completion of the booking and asks for an ETA from you. If you inform us you will arrive after hours we send the information at that time with directions to gain access. The only mention of 24hours on your conformation is that we are NOT 24hr reception and to let us know if your travel arrangements need our attension.

We are 200 mtr to the beach, 400 mtr to the Surf Club and surrounded by resturants but you are correct retail Therapy (Sunshine Plaza) is 1.7 kilometers or a 20 minute walk on level ground from our location.

Extremely sorry to here the bed was not comfortable for you as we have medium class comfort in all our apartments but will definitely look at the mattress condition in light of your review. Unfortunately that is the only apartment without A/C and guests are normally OK with the sea breezes and fans in that apartment although it was very hot over your stay. As for the rubbish under the lounge we sincerely apologize for this being overlooked in the cleaning as we pride ourselves on the standard we present and will take this up with housekeeping.
