Walking distance to town.. and very short drive to Mapleton NP day use area or Mapleton Falls, where there are many walking, mountain biking, and trail bike trails. Nice quiet cabins located within the trees. Would recommend to anybody.

Very clean and tidy cabin. Perfect for our overnight stay. Gardens are beautiful and property is well located in Mapleton.

Bit over priced for a caravan park. Worst part of the stay was being woken from a deep sleep at 4.30am by the smoke alarm, turns out the battery was going flat, had to call the park manager to come and fix as it wouldn't stop beeping.

Mapleton Cabins

We arrived at 5 pm to find the office closed, but that was fine as the keys and a note were there for us. The only problem was that we were told we had wifi, but no password was left on the note or in the room. We asked the neighbouring cabin and they had been there for a week and not given a password.

Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful.. Cabin was nice. Aircon needs to be cleaned, it smelt like stale pee when we turned it on.. mircowave smelt like mould, we couldn’t use it.. Nice area.

I loved the peace and Tranquility. Staying Newyears Eve, I did wonder if it would have loud guests, but it so so quiet. I had a very nice relaxed stay.

Nice people and grounds. Unit we stayed in was tidy and had all we needed. Kitchenette was a bit small and lacked storage space. We got charged an additional $30 for a "procedure breach " , we assume it might have been some dog hear left behind. Thats after we spend considerable amount of time cleaning before we checked out.

Nice little cabins

We were looking for a budget holiday in the nearby area and i came across Mapleton Cabins & Caravan Park at Hotels.com. I stayed with my dad who is 75yr + and he really enjoyed the staying in the cabin. Cabin was neat and clean. My advise to future traveller, bring DVD ( you can rent one from a near by IGA) as TV signal reception can be an issue in this area. Overall: Pleasant place and would love to stay there again

nice big cabin that is pet friendly (we didn't have our dog with us but she would have loved this place). we only stayed one night but would like to have stayed longer.

Was a great place to stay in, room was clean and warm. the only problem was that in the room i stayed in, had no internet connection. If its offered on the website, make sure that its accessible every where on site.

2 night stay in the rainforest

The park was quiet and our cabin was in a quiet area with views of the rainforest but very basic. The TV reception was annoying as it kept freezing. Wi-fi was advertised but was not available in the cabins area only able to be received at the office.

Teacher on holidays

Stayed here to be close to the mountains and ocean. It's the best of both worlds, great staff. Recommend pay an extra few dollars and stay in their villa's. Half the cost of that near the coast and your only a 20 minute drive to Coolum etc.. Great place for a recharge and Mapleton is a great little town.

Close to Coastal Attractions

Very pleasant stay in a very good area. Close to Nambour where I was visiting friends. Also close to all the Montville which was one of the reasons for staying there.
