Loved the location and the friendly staff. Unfortunately the office wasn’t open when we left so that I could see if we could book for another time. Great restaurants down the road. The unit was a great size and very quiet, very comfortable. We had an issue when my mother in law visited as there isn’t a lift and we were at the very top, climbing stairs is difficult for her as she is elderly. Other than that we had a great stay. Thanks!

Lovely spacious room with beautiful furnishings. Pool a great size and enjoyed by the many families at the resort. Excellent location 2 minutes walk from the riverfront. Did tend to be noisy with early risers and their children early mornings once balcony doors were oprned.

We love Montpellier, the pool area is beautiful and maintained well. The rooms are starting to date a little and need a little work especially bathrooms but overall quite and a very relaxing stay. Our stays are always enjoyed in Noosaville and we return on a regular basis

The Pool and spa was awesome, lovely and warm. Our apartment was perfect For our family. The kids room was away from the lounge room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook a meal. Apartment was well secured. Location was quiet and super close to a few shops, river and restaurants with the supermarket a few blocks away.

This resort is set back from the river which made it a quieter place to stay. Beautiful pool with a very relaxed atmosphere. I am sure we will be back.

Beautiful 2 bedroom unit, close to restaurant hub.
The resort was clean and tidy. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool and spa were well heated. A 30 sec walk to the esplande where there are many restaurants and water sports and activities. We enjoyed this resort and will definately be back.

Overall happy with the stay, we got a great last minute deal so can’t complain much. We had issues with the fans not working properly which was not great. Also the day before we left the oven decided to stop working and there wasn’t a fix for it due to it being the long break between Xmas/New Years. The beds were a little dusty but other than that the rest was pretty good. Pool was amazing and probably the best cleaned pool I have been to at a resort so 10/10 for that! Amenities within and outside the resort were great. Top location, would definitely go again if we got a great deal :)

Fantastic getaway - away from the busyness of Noosa but close enough to enjoy too. Very comfortable accommodation and the kitchen had extra things like oil, glad wrap etc. Pool is big!

Excellent property close to Noosa River
The unit was very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well appointed - the only thing lacking was a coffee plunger.

Very good hotel near to many restaurants and transport . Good for families. The main pool is quite deep but there is also a shallow baby pool too so it's ideal for young children.

Great Hotel. Perfect location.
Hotel had everything we needed for our Family Stay in Noosa. Great location, walking distance to everything you need. Easy check-in and check-out. Even let us have a late check-out as our flight home wasn't till late afternoon. Will be back.

Larnie met me at the door and helped me retrieve my key from the after hours box and then she very kindly helped us take our luggage and gear to our unit- a wonderful welcome as we ahd our 3 yearold grandson with us and all his gear!

Lovely place to stay
The appartments were wonderful and spacious, you could walk to some great cafes and restaurants. We cycled to Noosa which was an easy cycle with cycle path all the way. The pool was fabulous we couldn't get our little one out of there. We used a local child minder one night too which worked out great for a dinner out.

Great little gem
Great small resort. Great location to some awesome cafes and restaurants. Our 2 bedroom accommodation was huge. Everything you need. Good pool, well maintained grounds.

Excellent boutique apartments in great location
Excellent boutique apartments in great location in Noosaville. This was our second time to Noosa, and we would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean, big and had great facilities. The pool was excellent, and there was a nice atmosphere within the complex. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was great, close to river, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Would definitely recommend.

Good Location
Small block of 20 apartments, rooms were clean and modern. Perfect for family/groups. Pool and gardens area are well maintained. Walking distance to river and restaurants. Good location if wanting to stay out side of main Noosa. The only negative with this place was the pool was to hot!

La suite de dos dormitorios con dos baños era muy espaciosa, con terraza hacia la piscina central. Cuenta sólo con aire acondicionado en el estar y en las habitaciones sólo tiene ventiladores. Teniendo auto cuenta con buen parking como para acceder a los demás atractivos de Noosa (playa, calle Hastings en Noosa Heads, etc.)

Good location.
good location close to restaurants, shops etc. Room was very nice, everything in good condition and better quality than we have experienced at other places. Staff very helpful. Only downside was the noise from the upstairs unit on the tiled floor before 6am in the morning, but otherwise everything else was good

Very spacious rooms with everything you need
Hotel was great, room was really big & comfortable. Great pool for kids. Just double check if booking a room with special requests (rollaway bed etc). Hotels.com dont pass those requests on for some reason, so confirm with the hotel after booking

Great location and value for money
Although the hotel is somewhat old it is very clean and rooms and grounds are well maintained. Relatively small (about 20 apartments) with a good size pool. Great for families or couples.

Convenient location and comfortable apartment
We really enjoyed our stay at Montpellior. The apartments were lovely and the hosts were very hospitable. The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained. We often walked into Noosa which is an easy, pleasant walk. There are cafes and restaurants very close by the resort as well.

Great location and wonderfully spacious apartment
Small complex with lovely pools. Can get noisy with small children as all the apartment balconies face the pool area. The apartments are well appointed with full kitchen and laundry facilities. We had a top floor apartment- No. 18 - which was great and the shady balcony would be perfect in summer. One night there was really late noise from other occupants/visitors but other than that the place was nice and peaceful. What stood out are the lovely couple managing the complex. They were happy to assist with our suitcase which was a bit much for us to negotiate over 2 flights of stairs and the lady obliged with a hair dryer with a nozzle which wasn't available in the apartment. Top marks for them!

Nice hotel close to restaurants
Our two bedroom suite was spacious, clean, had two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the pool. This place is great for families as the restaurants and cafe's are within walking distance yet the place is secluded and quiet during the afternoon and night.

Not quite perfect
The shower handle was broken. There was an alarm going off n an adjacent room all night. As the rooms surround the pool, during the day, you had to close the door if you wanted some quiet.

Thanks for your review, we always appreciate feed back. However we are a little disappointed with some of the comments you make in this review, especially when you chose a public forum and that you chose not to give me this feedback when I personally spoke to you upon check out. I know that the shower was not broken prior to your stay as I had personally opened and checked the room. We understand that breakages occur during stays and it would of been nice to be informed of the shower during your stay or upon departure so we could have fixed the issue. . I also note when your room was cleaned, the ensuite bin was missing. It was later located in a garden bed. In relation to the alarm, our unit is the adjacent unit which we were sleeping in and no alarm could be heard. If you had of read your welcoming late check in letter you would of noticed that the wifi password and instructions were contained within. Kind Regards Lanie

Modern boutique apartment close to everything!
A wonderful stay at this modern boutique generous sized apartment with large swimming pool, well maintained gardens and private oasis.Close to everything you need - Noosa river for swimming and activities such as boating, paddle-boarding, jet skiing, an abundance of good quality restaurants and Woolworths nearby. A short drive to Noosa main beach, national park and eastern beaches. The owners/managers of Montpellier Resort were super nice, very accommodating and knowledgeable of local activities. An enjoyable stay and would return and recommend for families with both young and teenage children.

Great place to stay!
We stayed for 5 nights in a lovely 2 bed apartment - very spacious and fully equipped with every comfort. Excellent wi-connection for free when we needed it. Great pool! Our only complaint about the apartment was that there was thick dust behind the bed - not nice! Great to be close to local restaurants on river. Too far to walk to main beach etc so a car is a necessity to get around but easy parking at Montpelier. Loved Noosa, it was our first visit and we'll be back 😀

The hotel was fantastic!
Our room was missing a bath plug but that was the only negative I have. the pool was a lot of fun and the location was great. The size of the apartment was fantastic. Brilliant for families.

Great experience
We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment for a week (stair access only). It was spacious, very clean and very well equipped, though the second bedroom is quite small. The fully equipped kitchen, unlike some holiday apartments, was set up with all the pots, pans and utensils needed to prepare a variety of meals using the great local produce. A short walk took us to Gympie street with its' many cafés and restaurants, as well as to the river and its' gardens, walking paths and water based activities and equipment hire. For the three to us, it was only slightly more expensive to hire a small car for the week than to use bus or taxi transport for the return trip to the airport. This turned out to be a good choice, as the car gave as the flexibility to venture out into the hinterland when the weather wasn't suitable for the beach, and to travel into the Main Beach when it was. Parking was available in a designated spot in a secure garage. In better weather, we would have made greater use of the resort pool and spa but the warm water was appreciated. We wanted to stay at a smaller, less busy resort and this certainly fitted the bill. Our only issue was early morning noise from adjoining properties undertaking low-season maintenance/upgrades/gardening and that the sound of voices in the pool/garden area carried up to the apartment very clearly.
