Pools x 3 were great and very accessible. Very handy location and basically on Gympie Terrace. Some cupboards and other furniture need some maintenance. My bedside table was somewhat unstable. 2nd bedroom door would not close as it has undergone a crude repair job and really needs to be replaced. TV remote control back falling off and we had to apply our own tape so that it could be used and to keep the batteries in place. A single kitchen bin liner for a family of 4 staying 4 nights?

Wonderful property directly opposite the river in Noosaville. We loved the serenity, the 3 pools, the excellent management and access to all shopping and transport amenities close by.

Quiet, clean, spacious family friendly apartments. Right on the Noosaville river front with easy access to restaurants and water sport activities. This is not a luxury boutique resort, but a really nice place for a family to stay. Would absolutely return if we are in the area again.

Perfect in Noosaville
The Outrigger is convenient to restaurants, transport and the river. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and attractive.

Excellent Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Noosa Outrigger Beach Resort. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is located a short walk from restaurants. The Resort is a short Ferry ride away from Hastings Street. The Resort has really lovely gardens all around it. The heated pool and spa is very pleasant temperature. Our 3 bedroom apartment had a really good view over the Noosa River. We will 100% stay at Noosa Outrigger Beach Resort again.

Staff were lovely! Accommodation was expansive - such great space! Pools and saunas so close. Fabulous dining options within walking distance.

Beautiful place. Modern renovation. So close to everything. Michelle was a great host. The only negative was the traffic noise busy in the mornings fixed by closing window with air conditioner on. Perfect

Excellent
We stayed in a riverfront apartment with 2 young children, overall an excellent stay. Plenty of space, modern, clean, everything you need. Just across the road from the beach with lots of places to eat and a convenience store close by. 3 great pools for the kids and 2 are heated! Very minor issues would be the slippery steps to the apartment, take care! And parking space is tight for a big car! Road noise starts early but so do our kids so that didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again

The property provided enough space for our group of 6, no tripping over one another. Choice of three pools made it easy to keep kids entertained. Well located within Noosaville strip of cafes. Only drawback for us was the stairs to our room entry and no screen door. Meaning we couldn’t have the door open to the front deck without risk of our toddler going off on their own adventure down the stairs. Would definitely come back and recommend the property to other families who look for a bit of space when holidaying

Noosa River Delight
Perfect location right on the river in Noosaville - literally cross over and the river is right there. You can comfortably walk to all the restaurants and shops along the river which is fantastic. If you want to go in to Hastings St the bus leaves directly opposite the hotel - in peak seasons this includes the free bus to get in to town. It’s also a nice but longer walk - approx 45 mins with footpath the whole way to main beach. It is a slightly older premises but that just means you get good sized rooms and plenty of bathrooms and living space. Comfortable for a family for longer stays. Full kitchen and laundry also help. There are 3 on site pools and on site management are always happy to help. We’ve stayed here before and will stay again.

Great resort with large rooms and several pools for kids. Within walking distance to Noosa River, many restaurants and activities locally for the kids.

The apartment was big and in a good location and great surroundings with 3 pools and good BBQ's. The master bed was poor and uncomfortable and the showers were terrible as they barely got you wet.

Absolutely perfect location with really well kept gardens that created privacy. Modern clean fresh decor w everything provided. Richard the manager was very helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend staying here - loved it so much we booked an extra night.

Perfect Noosa location!
Fantastic location on Noosa River. The free buses to Hastings street leave 50m from the hotel. 3 pools on site. We stayed in a 3 bed which had 3 bathrooms so allowed big or blended families/couples. Perfect relaxing location. Would gladly stay again.

We’ve been quite happy here. The rooms are nice and quite spacious. It’s in a perfect position with a short stroll to the beach and a supermarket nearby. The pool and amenities are just lovely and it’s a pretty area. Unfortunately there are holes in the sheet on my bed, and the beds are terribly uncomfortable. I couldn’t stay here for much longer than the two nights in beds as poor as these. But new linen and better beds would see this place being an excellent place for bigger families and long stays.
