Fantastic view
One of the best views at Caloundra. Close to shops and Main Street, very central.

Hotel clean but old
The roomtype booked by the guest is clearly described as a walk up and not in the Sails Resort complex. The price paid reflected this.

Nice resort, friendly managers
Last minute decision to go for 2 nights booked that morning, immediately relaxed upon arrival. Nice place, excellent position, views and friendly managers. Have booked a week at Xmas, kids loved it too

great resort in Caloundra
This booking was a last minute decision as we weren't sure where to stop. As it turned out it couldn't have been a better choice. Paul the proprietor was extremely helpful and pointed out the good and not so good places to eat and he was right on the money. The property was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable so overall a great 3 nights was enjoyed at Sails resort would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Caloundra

Amazing Spot!
This was one of the cleanest and roomiest hotels we have stayed at. It is close to everything and walking distance to even more! Would recommend this hotel.

Family short break
Very friendly service and a great location. Rooms were a good size and had all required facilities. Wifi was free but not usable. Resort is a little tired but clean and tidy. Road noise made a good nights sleep a bit tough.

Absolutely perfect
Accommodation was immaculate, very high standard and very well equipped. Location is beautiful and quiet with no road infront of the balcony to spoil what is a perfect view.

Paul and Mary Anne - managers - took everything in their stride. They couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment in which my husband and I stayed contained everything we needed for our week's stay and a lot of things which we didn't need. Each apartment had its own lock-up garage. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants and a short drive to a further beach where there were many more restaurants. An easy drive to Moolooloobah, Maroochydore and Noosa. A great place to stay in Caloundra. We'll be back.

Wow - what a great place
The two-bedroom apartment had a wonderful fourth floor view of the pasage and across to Bulcock Beach. It was spacious and well-appointed. We were handy to all we wanted to do for our three night stay.Our welcome and ongoing contacts were warm, friendly and helpful. The apartment came with secure garaging for one vehicle - great as we intended to park and walk to wherever we wanted to go - shopping only five minutes walk away, with more shopping not much further - walking path along the shoreline. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Great choice
The hotel is at great location, only minutes to the shops, beaches. We were put to level 2 which has great view of the bay. The rooms are nice and clean, very comfortable. Sure will come back.
