Property was very clean. Management very helpful. Uncomfortable couch, no cable channels as advertised, ensuite door hard to open and close and toilet seat needs replacing. Also need more knives.

Gorgeous apartment, the managers were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. The apartment was beautifully decorated and instantly made us feel relaxed and at home the moment we walked through the door. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely a terrific place to stay. Managers are very friendly and helpful. Very central to all that we wanted to do. Fantastic views from the unit. Travelled to see Maleney Bird Sanctuary what a lovely place to go and Mary Cairncross

Not luxury
Fantastic views watching the ships come in close. The traffic was noisy, the tv needs a sound bar as it has poor sound quality. The kitchen chairs need cushions they were bar steel. The couch needs replacing the springs have gone. Fitted sheets need to be supplied, sleeping was uncomfortable. Personally I wouldn’t call it luxury accomodation. The pool was small

Great property in a great spot. Directly opposite Golden Beach access but still close to Bulcock Beach. Just far enough away from the holiday crowds around Caloundra. The 2 bedroom apartment allowed us privacy from the kids as their bedroom was at the back of the unit. Heated pool & free wi-fi were added bonuses. Definitely recommend

What a little gem! Views over the passage and out to sea, easy stroll to great restaurants and right across the road to the water. Gardens are a great welcome, greetings from Chris back that up. Will be back, but for longer next time.

Spacious apartment across from the water
Loved staying here. It had everything we needed to make a memorable holiday. Chris was lovely & made us feel very welcome. Water views with the beach being across the road. Within walking distance to the city centre & shops. This has become our favourite place to stay & we will be back again.

Beautiful location with excellent water views. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Helpful friendly staff. Modern well kept rooms with large TV and good appliances. Undercover secure parking. Perfect holiday accommodation.

Easy access and million dollar view.
We were so happy to discover Sandy Shores. Easy access to Caloundra and the highway. And we finally found comfy beds. We will be back for longer holidays.

Spacious Unit with beautiful water views
The Unit was lovely and the Hosts so welcoming and friendly. The unit was so well equipped with everything we needed and beds and linen were spotlessly clean. A very spacious and comfortable unit with lovely water views, and designated undercover parking.

Excellent location, lovely and friendly owners.
My sister and I stayed here for the weekend. The apartment facilities were excellent, the owners were nothing but helpful and the view was spectacular. I would definately stay here again

Great location, friendly management
The apartment is located directly across from Pumicestone Passage with great all round views from the front units. Apartments are of a good size for a holiday and are in good condition - all facilities working. We were only here for a function and a couple of days but in this time had a few interactions with management - not due to problems. Arriving in pouring rain, we were immediately let into the car parking where we provided with keys, documentation etc (all to keep us from getting wet) which was really appreciated. We were too late for the shuttle bus to the function so we were chauffeured there by management - again, much appreciated. Room was tidy, well kept and we had a great sleep so no problems with the bed or pillows. We would certainly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Caloundra or nearby. It is also very close to town.

So helpful and welcoming.
Our flight was delayed in from Sydney. I called to say that we would be quiet late and Chris offered to pick up anything we might have needed at the store for us. Called in the morning to make sure we got there ok aswell. Amazing place. Would recommend to everyone and would definitely come again

Exceeded expectations
Room 13. Pleasantly surprised to have rooftop access with full private bbq facilities. Good ocean views from the balcony and also rooftop. Room overall was very good and sufficient for the 4 of us - 2 adults 2 children.

We had a great stay. The pool was out of action but the rest was fine.

Close to water - convenient to shops.
The stay was fine. We had Unit 2 and found that the hot water in shower was only lukewarm. Airconditioner on heat had very little heat, if any. Sofa was not comfortable especially with back or hip problems. Bed was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was a good size with microwave, oven and full size fridge. Unit was light and airy.

Conference stopover
This place was a pleasant 20 minute walk to the conference venue in the town centre. It was clean, well appointed, self catering, and with great views of the passage.

a great place to stay
luxury group of four of us stayed here ,on arrival we were met by the most pleasant lady,who showed us our accommodation,which was impeccably clean and comfortable,,it was like living at home,all the necessary cooking and eating utensils are supplied ,great views over the pumice stone passage and scenic walk to the main shopping centre

Great if you want a helicopter in your room
I can't speak for all rooms but if you get unit 9 run!! The air conditioning unit sound like a 747 taking off resulting in me sleeping with ear plugs in; hard to get comfortable without it when it's 34 degrees out. Also having the shower on was reminiscent of the movie the fly! The place is extremely under maintained; in fact so much so you have to clean your own room! If they hand over the keys and you get nine run!!

Young couple stayed two nights
The staff were great, the hotel is nice and close to the water. A few issues we had were the master bed was only half made and the pillows were missing pillow cases, we had arrived late so instead on contacting the reception we just took the pillows from the second bedroom, the master bed was very uncomfortable. The kitchen was great it had a full size fridge/freezer and oven with stove top however when we went to cook breakfast we found there were no fry pans just pots and an electric fry pan. We were still able to cook on the electric fry pan just seems a bit of a waste having not even one fry pan for the stove top. The aircon worked really well. There was a sign saying the apartments are individually owned, so I'm guessing not all rooms would be like ours.

Close to beach and shops
We found the hotel to be extremely clean and comfortable. A little over styled however enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Caloundra, Glasshouse Mountains (GHM) and coastline right up to Noosa are very beautiful. We easily covered this from Caloundra over a Friday, Saturday and Sunday break. Breath taking views from GHM Scenic Lookout, great fun at Eumundi and Caloundra markets, uptown vista of Noosa and gorgeous Pumistone Passage and Caloundra beaches. Sandy Shores was generally ok, though lounge chairs and sofa need updating, very uncomfortable. Clock didn't work, TV sound very muffled when turned up even a little and had to ask for warm blanket for single bed - we slept in singles. One would think that this bedding would be checked prior to check in. Otherwise, all was quite acceptable.

Spacious unit but feels unloved
The unit was spacious but showing age in bedrooms / bathrooms with small things like rust in bath ,glue stains and broken rail . Outside pool was cold with covered up BBQ not very inviting area , staff booked us in but not very helpful and seemed to be managing another property as well .No nearby shops only a barbers so needed a car to go shopping or to a restaurant , nothing really wrong but we felt better value for money and more modern are available in this price range .

Very friendly and helpful lady manager
We stayed in a level 3 beachfront apartment. It was well presented and had recently been refurbished. The leather sofa was nice to look at but not comfortable to watch tv or movies due to its style. We had a wonderful view of the beach with easy walking to Bulcocks and Kings Beaches and a short drive to city centre. Overall our experience was excellent and we would return to this property.
