The service was excellent. Very pleased with unexpected bonus of bubbles on arrival and a free upgrade. Everything was well managed and made for such an easy and enjoyable weekend getaway. Lovely pool and so close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely return.

Lovely hotel. Very conveniently situated backing on to Hastings. Staff were a bit slow at times and room a bit basic but very spacious and well maintained. Would recommend if visiting Noosa

The hotel was good, the only issue is we have to pay extra for car parking. Paid a lot of money for the property, parking should be complementary for guests.

Luxury Hotel on Hastings
Pool View Room. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Not noisy. Double glazed doors work a treat. Perfect location. You don't need your car at all. Pool is great. Noisy kids there though. Bar & restaurants fantastic. Breakfast is definitely worth the inclusion. Rooms are quite spacious. Pillows are a little too soft for me, but honestly the staff truly make this hotel special.

The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were great. Unfortunately the room we got was possibly the worst room in the hotel which was disappointing considering it wasnt fully booked. The room was located above both reception and the main entrance carpark so was extremely noisy and had no privacy. For almost $700 a night I was extremely disappointed.

Everything you need in the one spot.
We stayed here for 5 nights with our two small children. The staff were very friendly. Our booking got lost and did not come through until we arrived which was a bit stressful, not sure why this was. The buffet Breakky was amazing. The pool was lovely and poolside bar was great. As was the day spa. Great experience all around. Loved the little touches of champagne on arrival and hot choc for the kids Hotel was right on Hastings street and walking distance to all shops.

The power points behind the bed didn't work so I needed to ask for an extension cord. I sleep with a CPAP machine so it's important for me. The WiFi didn't work. I tried to log in many times but it didn't recognise me as a guest. The pool was terrific and the room was large but the decor and bathrooms were a bit tired. I would still come back again...

We loved that the on-site parking was seamless and check in was so easy. Loved also that we received an unexpected room upgrade and a lovely glass of complimentary champagne on arrival to take up to our room. Turn down was lovely with extra complimentary items, water bottles, relaxing tea sachets for before bed, chocolates and a little spray bottle of relaxing lavender oil. We also loved the little hidden gem of Sofitel's Riveria Bar which had live music, great cocktails and a great menu. The pool area was also a delight and looked magical. Checking out was also seamless. Really looking forward to another visit.
