Reception was very helpful at every point. It is in a lovely quiet location. The unit is well supplied and clean. We were happy to stay there!

Great relaxed family getaway.
We had such a lovely family break. It was so nice to have a rooftop and wonderful pool facilities and to be walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable for a family. Really lovely service as well.

My daughter had placement at Australia Zoo I went there for the first week and found the accommodation absolutely fantastic and l Found it a very safe place to leave her. I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was first rate and very clean. Regards Denise Close

In an excellent position, however, current roadworks make it difficult to drive in the area - should be finished soon though!!

Old and no elevator. Room is clean but bathroom smell like toilet.

Hi Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. Our apartment building does only have stair access to every apartment which we have advertised on all websites - please advise us if you found Tripcony Quays advertising without this notice. We use commercial cleaning products containing bleach to clean our bathrooms, toilets and sinks to provide hygenic apartments for our holiday makers. I liked the size of the unit. I didn’t like that I was unaware there was no lift and my travelling friend had to walk up 4 flights of stairs and had recently had surgery. I will ensure next time I always enquire at places if the have lifts.

The location is great. No elevator. All dishes and cutlery were dirty. An older place, servicable but some water damage to bathroom and toilet walls.

The place was grubby didn't stay was too diety the manager didn't care wouldn't answer the door. Can i get a refund as left within the hour booked out and drove 3 hours home.

Great it had a lock up car garage. Very open space living area. Three flights of stairs was a challenge, glad we packed light and didn’t have kids lol.

It was just what i was looking for. It is quite aged and needs some maitenance but for the price i cant really complain. Lovely furnature and views. Would definately recomend it

It’s convenient to shops and local sights. It’s an added bonus that there is a private rooftop for guests to use.

I loved that the property was close to everything & all we needed was at our apartment..even an umbrella & fishing rods! The shops were a short walk & the water is a “stone throw” away. The property felt private & quiet. We enjoyed falling asleep & waking to the sound of the tide. Loved how easy It was to check in & out. We will definitely be back.. thank you Jim & Tripcony Quays!

Great location
Fantastic location with views of the sea. The apartments are a little tired but they are clean and good value for money. The manager was friendly and very helpful especially when one of the kids left a gadgets behind.

Location and spacious rooms
We had a fabulous stay at this property. We walked to the shops daily for morning coffee. The rooms were very spacious and would comfortably accommodate a family - also the views from our apartment were beautiful. We had a rooftop apartment so enjoyed watching the sunset over the glasshouse mountains - the 4 short flights of stairs were not a problem for us at all. Thank you for a great holiday - we will definitely consider coming back here.

excellent location , cheaper than most, clean tidy
manager didn't seem interested and you hardly saw him; WiFi didn't work most of the time and nothing was done, despite asking several times- heard another guest ask as well; stayed 12 nights and no clean sheets were available in that time, and no one came and did any cleaning, hence when we left the rooms looked dirty as the shower and toilet and hand basin hadn't been cleaned at all ; office was hardly ever open - if you wanted to see the manager you generally had to phone him; people arrived 1/2 hour later than expected and we were the only ones around to help them- the manager was offsite despite them being expected. He was very helpful when we got a flat tyre on the last day despite all this.

Perfect location!
Very good value for a two bedroom apartment. We had a beautiful view of the pier from our balcony, and the place is only a short walking distance to the main street with bars, cafes etc. The apartment was clean and had all basic home comforts - tv, washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge etc. Definitely would stay here again. No complaints!
