Hi Kylie,Thank you for your feedback. On the Wotif website when you were booking online I refer you to the part of the booking where it mentions Parking & Public Transport and it states that there is self parking on site and limited onsite parking when you book a motel room.We do have dedicated parking available for all other apartments and if you asked at reception, we may have been able to give you a spare underground parking if one was available.

Sometimes staff have to pop out for a short check on a room or in the course of their normal duties and we try very hard to course little disruption to our guests, but sometimes it is unavoidable that staff have to leave. We do take your comment on board and we are very pleased you will stay with us again.
