Could do with a bit of updating but everything was good otherwise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and no problems. Only real negative was no Wifi in room but thats more a nitpick than a real problem

Yes this property is dated. Yes the beds could be updated (although perfectly comfy to sleep on). Yes some work needs to go into the property. But...... we had a wonderful stay at El Toro. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room was serviced daily. The room was clean (although the carpet is stained... but its ok we didnt have to sleep or eat off the carpet). The Mexican restaurant next door was amazing! Shame its not open every night. The little cafe across the carpark did a great meal up till 3pm. A short walk to Westfield mall. Bus stop right outside. Quiet. Only heard bar next door when we went outside. Bar staff were friendly and great to chat to. Good bar food there too. For the price we paid we were extremely happy especially after reading some pretty bad reviews. Pool was closed but we werent expecting one anyway. Would be amazing to see the renos start and be able to come back and enjoy the pool. Would we stay again? Yes! A bed is just a bed but an experience is priceless.

The photos online, show this as quite a nice place to stay. It was quite run down and felt very unclean. Also still trying to get my bond refunded

Nous avons passé 6 nuits. Un peu excentré du centre, mais une heure en train ( tous les 15 min) les chambres auraient besoin d un coup de peinture, mais calme, propre, frigo, micro ondes..baignoires. personnel super agréable, arrangeant, gentil. Centre commercial a 5 min a pied avec tout ce qu'il faut, courses, mc do... Ravi du séjour sachant que la journée nous étions en centre ville

The room faced the bar which the noise made sleeping impossible. The room smelt of old cigarettes and beer. Friendly welcome Value for money spent

Carpet needs to be upgraded. The room we stayed for first night had a mouldy smell, couldn't sleep a minute. Air conditioner had no knob and definitely need upgrade

My room has strong cigarette smoke stench, i couldn't sleep there, i had to sleep elsewhere. To worsen the case, the next day three staff were smoking close to the rooms downstairs and my car was parked there. I had to hold my breath to get to my car. I have nothing against smoking but please respect other people while you are at it some of us are not super strong like you.

The parking area needs to be repaved. The mattresses need to be turned over. Refrigerator needs to be defrosted.

Pool unavailable shower needs a barrier to stop water from flooding bathroom. Every thing else was very good and good value for price.

バスタブ、冷蔵庫、クーラーと一通り揃っています。wifiは受付で1日使えるパスコードを発行してもらう必要がありました。受付で100AUDをデポジットとして支払う必要があります。チェックアウト後に部屋の備品が壊れてないか確認して、何もなければ返金されるそうです。綺麗さはそこそこですが、値段を考えると一晩泊まるには悪くない選択だと思います。

the bathroom has huge mounds of silicone instead of shower rails & the musty smell is horrendous. I provided feedback the night I arrived however there was no outcome to this I would rather stay in my car or a park bench then sleep here ever again

The hotel may be bit old, and it looks bit neglected. But, it is perfectly clean. I will have this hotel as may first choice for visit to West Sydney.

The property may be outdated and it needs some refurbishment. But, it is perfectly clean, it is very easy for parking, and the location is very handy within Liverpool. Having in mind that is very affordable, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

Staffs were very helpful to check in. Club just beside the hotel mate noise till very late (2am) with loud music, difficult to fall a sleep. Carpet and chairs had many stains. No drinking waters on the room.

Good value for money Cleaners are awesome making our bed every day and leaving clean towels Negative: Was so windy that rubish coming under the door and the fella next door in room number 7 was smoking all night and somehave smoke was coming to our room. Overall was really good stay

Room was as clean as an old property can be, heater/cooler was half hanging off. Room was not like the pictures, but we had a good comfy bed. Staff were very nice and made me feel welcome.

Congenial interaction with Bronwyn in Reception, and duty manager, Some bedside lights not working; wardrobe door sticking; items in fridge get wet from water dripping from open-front freezer box; TV screen had one row and one column of pixels not working although remainder of picture faultless; toilet cistern might need new flush washer as there is slight run of water into bowl continuously; some damage to carpet in a few areas.

Service is good but property is basic. Heater controls removed (or broken?), fridge super noisy, pillows lumpy. It does however come at a price below most of the market and met all my needs. If accommodation is just somewhere to sleep and wash this fits the bill

The location was perfect god my needs. The staff were excellent, particularly due to a delayed check in. The bed was clean, no abnormal smells and all I needed for a quick stay.

OMG this place is definitely due for refurbishment, which I understand will be happening shortly. That being said, the lady at reception was lovely, beds were comfortable, everything was clean enough (except the carpet), just everything old and worn. But it was also the cheapest around and we found no issues for the night.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. the room was clean and tidy and well equipped with plenty of tea and coffee and milk supplied. The bathroom had been revamped but the shower screen was too small and allowed water to flow over the bathroom floor, other than this minor problem the hotel was fine
