I am giving only 3 stars because the property doesn't deliver what it promises. Maybe next time I'll mark higher because I'll have adjusted my expectations.
I chose this hotel in particular because it said onsite restaurant/dining. This was not accurate. There was a very limited menu and when I asked about the options, I was told "sorry we can't serve food. You'll have to go next door to The Coffee Club".
Fair enough, I thought...in my room I saw I could dial 0 to put in a coffee club order so I asked for the menu. "No sorry, you'll have to go over there".
I have no problem with there not being food service, I have no problem with having to walk to the Coffee Club (right next door). I do have a problem with a hotel advertising it has facilities that it simply does not have.
You make life hard for your staff who have to deal with disgruntled, tired travellers. Update your websites!
