Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the limited menu items and the lack of vegan options. We will speak with the cafe in this regard along with the menu costs. Again, we are sorry our Housekeepers walked into your room early, we have advised them that unless advised that room is checked out by reception, that they have to wait until after 11am, we will address this with them again.We hope to be able to welcome you back in the future.Kind regards

Hello Mauricio. We truly appreciate for taking the time to express your feedback. Our hotel has easy access to public transports whereby we have bus stops and a train station that is close to our proximity that could take you to different places. I understand that due to the limited hours of our cafe during the period of your stay, ordering meals may be difficult especially for dinner as those were the period where there is low demand for dinner. Our cafe's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner or normal seasons from 2 January and onwards. Nevertheless, we are glad that you had a good stay and hoped that you enjoyed your time in Sydney.
