Hi John, sorry to hear you did not enjoy your recent stay with us. After further investigation the receptionist said your wife returned the room key approximately 3 hours after you had checked in and said 'Our house is ready we're leaving, she smiled and no complaint. You booked a standard family room we upgraded you to the deluxe family room. I can only assume this room was not to your liking and given the opportunity there is a couple of things that the management can do; 1. reallocated a room more suited to your liking? 2.
